I moved optometrist, due to a concern with family history of eye care. I have been in RGB lenses, since the third grade and have been told I have a higher chance to develop glaucoma. My mother has had two detached retinas and multiple surgeries. The optometrist at Advanced Eyecare took my concerns seriously, and spoke with me about the health of my eyes as they stand now. I feel like they track the progress in my vision and make sure to explain to me what is going on, instead of looking at my eyes for 5 minutes and sending me out with a prescription and no explanation or feedback. They also have a great "back-up" glasses program, for individuals who choose to buy contacts and glasses. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Advanced Eyecare South to any one!

Advanced in Raymore, Mo has the most friendly staff around. They went out of their way for my daughter after she lost her glasses to let me know that she did indeed have a replacement on my insurance. They didn't have to do that, but they did because they are rock stars!!! Thank you ladies for your commitment in helping your patients.

Dr. Harter is very professional and thorough. He was very patient and involved in the examination. They had our insurance amounts and didn't make us feel pressured to buy more than we needed or wanted. When the lab made a mistake with my lens they were quick to take action and quick to provide an update. Great experience!

Dr. Harter rocks! So patient and funny with my two girls, ages 9 and 12 (photo is of them after dilation!). The staff is fabulous and so helpful with picking out glasses for the girls. We also see Dr. Harter with our 3 sons and my husband and I also go. We loved how easy it was to fill out the forms online before we even went, and they were knowledgeable about our insurance. I had a traumatic eye injury late on a Monday afternoon just 30 min before they closed. Called crying and panicking and I almost called 911, they said get here asap! They have been beyond amazing. My trama was so bad one of the doctors even gave me her personal cell number if I had any problems before my next morning visit. I can't say enough amazing things about this team. I know my situation is emergent but they acted fast and were very thorough and have gained a loyal customer for life! Here's hoping I heal completely! Can't wait till I'm healed enough to get new glasses! They have been my knights in shining armour!

Jill was amazing with my daughter. She doesnt want to wear glasses. Jill was able to drag it out of her that her eyes had been hurting for a long time. And explained to her that if she does wear her glasses that they could correct themselves. Thank you SO much, Jill!

Dr. Pachy Is great! My son has a very difficult prescription and she spent so much time with him getting it just right. We have been to a few different eye Doctors that haven't been able to get his RX just right until now. The staff is very friendly and very transparent about costs and aren't pushy. I highly recommend Advanced Eyecare South and Dr. Pachy.

I am so pleased with the care my family and I received from the entire staff at Advanced Eye Care South. My boss referred me to them and they are close to where we live, so I gave them a call. They were able to get my kids in on the next Saturday, which was perfect for my schedule; and my husband and I in on the following Tuesday. Dr. Pachey was so patient with my kids, who have never seen an optometrist before. She was kind and informative; great "bedside manner". The office staff was just as nice! The staff that helped us pick out frames was also very patient. It was a great experience and I will be going back to them on a regular basis, which I have never done with previous optometrists I've seen. I would also recommend them to anyone and everyone I know! Thanks Advanced Eye Care Team of Raymore! You made something that is not always so "fun", Painless and might I even say Enjoyable!

Absolutely love this place. Staff and Dr's are very nice and professional. Dr Harter identified an eye condition I have that needs to be monitored and they are doing extra testing just to keep an extra close watch on it for me. No other place for me and my family for our eyes.

I was really high on the service that I recieved at this location for the last 2-3 years, but, the new staff IMO has changed the atmosphere that used to be very pleasent. I am not condemning the Doctors there (the Doctors are great) but the new staff that I encountered. The last staff was more personable (real). It's time for me to move on and find another optometrist/Ophthalmologists with whom I will spend my money. If things change I will go back because I really like the Doctors there. But until then, Goodbye.
