If you have to reschedule an appointment it will be 30 days later! It's an ok place I was a patient for about 2 yrs. I had to find another eye dr because it was easier to get a diabetic eye appointment elsewhere.

We had stayed in a hotel on our way to New Orleans. Rushing to get on the road in the morning, I grabbed the contact lens cleaner instead of the contact lens solution and put the contact lens in my eye. The cleaner burned my eye. I quickly call the front desk. They said the nearest eye doctor was Tharp Family Eye Care. I immediately called. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule. The staff was very professional, very helpful, and very caring. They even contacted my doctor in Michigan to expedite the process of getting a new contact lens to me. The Tharp Family staff turned my distressing start to my day into a very positive resolution. THANK YOU!!!

I was extremely impressed with the staff at Tharp Family Eye Care. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I've had glasses for 27 years and I thought Dr. Tharp gave me the most through exam I have ever had. He explained several minor issues I had going on and these are things I have had going on for years but have never been told about them. Even though this is in a shopping center, this is an outstanding eye care facility.

I went for an eye exam for new glasses last year and I was very impressed with what the doctor had to say. I went on the weekend so there was another doctor there in the clinic. Wow since i'm 2 hours away a Saturday appointment is a plus. There is an eyemart next door also with great deals on frames/lenses which is also another plus. So yeah I'm going to be returning in the next 2 weeks on a Saturday also! The staff is also very friendly and kind.

Dr. Tharp and staff were amazing. It was my daughter's second eye doc appt but first with him. They calmed her nerves and made use feel really comfortable. The first eye doc we went to just gave up on calming her and didn't dilate her eyes, but Dr. Tharp managed to it with a little bit of encouragement and thoroughly checked her eyes. I would recommend this every chance I get now!

Dr. Pam Tharp is so very helpful. She worked hard to get to the bottom of my vision challenge. She was willing to try me in a contact lens that was great for astigmatism, bifocal issues and nearsightedness. I love my multi-focal Boston gas permeable contacts! I can see again!
