Great staff! They are always very helpful, and Dr. Massey is not only knowledgeable but easy-going also. I never feel pressured at all about my contact choices, and he is always willing to explain the various types of lenses. I whole heartedly recommend Southern Eye Care!

Dr. Massey and his staff are the best! They go beyond measures to make sure that your every need is addressed. Dr. Massey does an amazing job on explaining every detail of the exam and makes sure to clear up any questions that you have about any problems that you are having! They made getting glasses a fun experience, as it was my first time ever getting glasses. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Massey and his staff because they are the best in Clinton, MS!

I visited this clinic for two years for an glasses and contact exam. The first year purchasing glass went smoothly. The Doctor was helpful and friendly and I was given a prescription that properly corrected my vision. On the second exam there to get my contacts the is the reason for the low review. The exam went smoothly however when trying to get my prescription and dealing with the “senior technician” things went downhill. After the exam I was prescribed dailies however when I asked for a sample of bioinfinities my prescription was changed which I didn’t find out about until my next visit. Next I was informed I would have to get another exam to get my prescription changed back to dailies. As this sounded fishy to me, seeing the manner it was changed beforehand, I questioned this. The senior technician then affirmed this decision/policy cutting me off whenever I brought up the matter of I didn’t have a fitting or any say in getting my prescription changed from the dailies. Needless to say I declined to pay for another exam and fitting and returned the next day and was given the correct original prescription by another technician. I docked stars for the time and effort wasted in my visits as well as the poor customer service by the senior technician. I doubt I will return to the clinic.

Highly recommended. The entire staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond. I would not go anywhere else
