Staff is unprofessional and insurance billing is not accurate. Any attempt to get an explanation regarding billing is met with discourtesy and lack of respect for client inquiry.

Never have I thought "I've made a mistake and I want to leave now" during a medical examination until my experience with Dr. Prudhomme at Riverbend Eyecare. Prudhomme was condescending, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. His procedure and methodology serves not to help his patient but to antagonize until he obtains an expected and desired response. His analogizing lasik surgery to breast surgery was uncouth and unprofessional.

Dr. Prudehomme is one of the best. Been my doctor for years. Yes now he’s much busier, but would you rather have a Dr. with a failing practice who’s not busy? Highly recommend.

Unprofessional. They demand that you cancel on time if you were to cancel. The receptionist ignores the clients until she is done with what she is doing which makes it unprofessional. The doctor was a little uncaring and demanding . I just had to choose 1 or 2. It was hard for me to see. Plus I got the wrong prescription for my right eye. Hopefully the experience is better for someone else.
