Our visit with Dr. Wally was great! He made both me and my daughter feel very comfortable during our exam. The entire office staff was wonderful and very easy to deal with. We will defiantly be back!!!

My daughter and I was accused of lying when the metal piece fell out of her glasses making them useless. She only had them 2 days. She is an adult and the woman that fits glasses makes us feel very bad. She said they would replace them this one time but that my daughter did something to them. What? I'm so upset. She said because the lens are custom made for those glasses we would have to replace with same frame for $180. We paid for extras on these lens and now am stuck with frames that are not durable. The lady did not apologize to me or my daughter. This is unacceptable. My family bought a total of 5 glasses. My daughters glasses were $160 after insurance. Dr wally was nice but not this lady. I don't recommend and won't be back.

A doctor that actually sees you at the appointed time! Both doctors take the time to answer every question. My son actually enjoyed his visit to the eye doctor! How many parents can say that?

Every annual visit to the Oxford eye clinic has been a very pleasant experience for me. The staff is friendly and Dr. Strickland is the most knowledgeable and competent eye specialist one can hope to have.

Dr. and staff was very nice. However, after spending about $190 for an eye exam, was told one of my eyes was slightly impaired and that I could set up an appointment to try different contacts (as an option). When I called to set up that appointment, I was told that my record did not indicate I had an exam for contacts so I would have to do that first at an additional cost of $90. I feel this is such a scam as this was not shared with me upon the original exam. I was told I had astigmatism (which I had prior to Lasix), but was only told I could come back and try different contacts to see which worked for me. Unless you want to keep giving your money away, go somewhere else. I've lived in many places and have experienced different eye clinics, no of which charge extra for a contact exam, it's always been part of an original exam especially when you have discussed with the doctor.

They were really nice at first and then the insurance lady got rude because they messed up and told me my insurance would cover and didn't. So be careful with this eye clinic and make sure you know for sure about your insurance and what's covered at this clinic because they lied to me about it and then kept coming up with different numbers. I ended up paying way more than expected and they were not nice about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

As soon as I walked in I felt right at home. The doctors and staff were very friendly. I was impressed by the doctor performing the full exam. I loved being able to discuss all my vision needs not just with a tech, but with the doctor himself. They offered a large selection of frames, and with the help of the optician, I quickly found the perfect pair. I will certainly be back. Best eye clinic in Oxford!!
