Kelsey and the front office should be commended on a superb job. I called and was able to get in on an emergency basis. You can hardly EVER do that anymore anywhere! I can tell within 10 minutes how something is going to go. They got me in fast to an emergency appointment due to vision changes in my right eye. A thorough exam was performed. I think the front office is superior to many regular doctor's offices I have been to and while I was waiting, I observed the professionalism of them actually performing their jobs. I have been to many overrun doctor offices with staff that have more then they do to work with. The front office even called back messages that were left on the machine when they didn't have time to respond immediately. It was refreshing. They also didn't make me do their job by contacting insurance etc..they did it!! They doctor's assistant was superb as well and very friendly. The doctor came back and assured me they didn't' see a tear and referred me to an ophthalmologist due to my conditions that may be contributing to the change in my eye. How about that? A well run efficient office.

Love the doctor's here! The optical shop has stupid hours. They aren't the same as the clinic. Make sure you check before you waste your time going to pick up your glasses.

I see Dr. Tiffany McElroy and she is amazing, BUT they can NEVER get our insurance right. We always have to bring in paper copies of our coverage and explain it to them every single time. I know there are others with the same insurance coverage as me, so I have to assume there are many who are getting scammed out of money.

The Drs here have always been nothing short of amazing. The lady who works in the insurance has some serious problems. I so wish they had someone in their insurance department that reflected the rest of the staff. Last year she refused to listen to me or my insurance when we were trying to tell her she billed it wrong. Finally went back for my yearly and today she had the audacity to tell me she was still right and I was wrong. And everyone backed her up. It's crazy. They are now trying to say I had pink eye and that's why they billed it medically last year! My husband was at the appointment with me last year and no one ever said anything about pink eye. First they say one thing, then another. Whatever they can do to back themselves up. I could go on and on with this lady. I just don't understand, if the issue was resolved why bring it back up? Just to prove your point? Completely ridiculous! No way to treat someone!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I've had to have older pairs of glasses adjusted on several occasions here; every time I have stopped in they have helped me quickly and were great about adjusting the frames to my face. Kind, efficient, and knowledge staff members.

The doctors are Second to none! The staff is always polite and helpful. Anytime I have had questions regarding my insurance benefits, the optical staff has helped me.

Clean office and nice staff. However I'm pretty irritated THEY canceled all 3 of my families appointments and couldn't even reschedule me for a convenient time. I live 40 miles away and work full time, and both my kids are in school. Our appointments were made a month in advance and we would have to wait over a month to be seen.

It is incredibly inconvenient to not be notified that the area you pick the glasses up at is closed. I only found this out after driving to pick my son's glasses up. This is terrible and this is the reason your losing my business.

I am very disappointed on how much Olive branch eye care has changed. I have been coming to this office for years and it’s just not the same. The Office manager is beyond rude. In June I went for a visit and my insurance had changed. When I made the appointment I gave them all the new insurance info. I guess for some reason no one decided to put the new insurance on my file. Needless to say I over payed for my visit. When I went back to get glasses they realized they filed it under the wrong insurance. But they won’t refund me for what I over payed or file it under the Right (new) insurance? Really? On top of all that the the office manager is very rude. I’ve spent a lot of my hard earn money with this place and that is how they treat a customer. Spare your self and don’t go to this office. Although they doctors are awesome you won’t want to deal with the staff! Also they aren’t very fast with appointments or having your glasses ready when they say they will be.
