Please do waste your time going here, if you're African American. I sat in this place for 35 minutes and had to asked when will I get seen. Then I was told I was next. Finally, I was put in a room waited there for an hour and the doctor never came. So I decided to leave.

I went to this office a few years ago with a 200 limit on my vision benefits the Dr giving the eye exam wanted me to have bifocals one eye was -1.00 the other side +1.00 Walmart said the bifocals equaled out to nothing then the ones working with the lenses and frame pretty much picked the ugliest pair they had I didn't want them made me pay an extra $40 I wasn't happy with the glasses at all I called my insurance they sided with them I then took my script to Walmart got the frame and lens I wanted all for $66 I'll never use O'Brien again I got the frames I was satisfied with the ones I picked . O'Brien tries to pick wat they want u to have I never will ever go there again they couldn't even adjust the ugly brown things used all my vision benefits plus more money on something i never wore and never will

This place was absolutely awful. If I could give a rating of zero stars, I would. Although the doctor was extremely professional and so were the other techs, the receptionist named A. was very rude and unprofessional. She argued with my mother and I for 30 minutes trying to tell us I did not have insurance and tried to get me to reschedule but in the end she was calling the wrong insurance company the entire time. She didn't even have the decency to apologize. I spent 2 hours at the optometrist when it should have been a simple 30 minute yearly eye exam. I will never return to this establishment again.

If you are looking for a vision center look no further!! I definitely recommend coming here! They are friendly, professional, and very efficient. They have a great selection of contacts and frames, and the staff has great customer service!!

I was in and out within an hour. My eye exam went smooth and fast. The staff was friendly and they also have tons of glasses to choose from, especially for men! I'll definitely return!

The doctors are great, but their assistants and front staff are very rude and instead of being helpful they seem more annoyed than anything when we asked questions and they didn't fully hear us out when we were providing information thus resulting in them giving us incorrect information. The 3 stars are for the doctors. I would rate the front staff as only 1 star.

Just went and had an eye exam and new glasses and had a wonderful experience. I was in and out in an hour and everybody in the office was very nice.

I've been going here for years. I can say I'm one of the patients that knew him when he was on Stateline road. I've always gotten glasses, and now I've got contacts. They have very good patience when showing how to use new products. Love this group of people and I will return.
