I called the office yesterday and was given an appointment for today. The staff was very professional and also very nice. Most people complain because they have to wait to see their doctors, but I was seen shot ly after arriving. I would recommend Ms. Vision to anyone needing eye care.

The treatment I received was exemplary. The tests were performed with professionalism. I was not herded through. I actually found out something about my eyes that no one else had ever told me. Staff at this clinic listened to me and my concerns and answered my many questions. Dr. Aden made me feel very comfortable and I am so pleased to now be under her care. I do not fear my upcoming cataract surgery knowing I am in capable hands.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge as well as the kind, caring attitudes of Dr. Richardson and his staff. Especially after having 2 bad experiences with Ophthalmologists I’ve previously seen in the Reservoir area. Everyone I dealt with at MVCC was pleasant, friendly and nobody made me feel as though I was being rushed. They were all helpful, patient & happy to answer any questions I had. I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. Even after Dr. Richardson came into the room for my exam, he was relaxed, personable and I never got the impression he was in a hurry to finish my exam & get to his next patient like most my doctors. After introducing himself and performing the exam we discussed the results, he made suggestions & even took time to answer my questions & any concerns I had. I also left feeling 100% better about a previous diagnosis I’d been given; which he says there’s no need to worry about. Amazing!! One of best first dr visits I’ve had. I’ll definitely keep seeing Dr. Richardson in the future & highly recommend him.
