Worst time management doctors office I have been in. If I could rate it a 0 I would. Simple suggestion change from your current appointment system and switch to take a number so people would not be so mad when they have an appointment at 1000am and are not seen until 12 30. No respect for there patients time. Oh by the way if you're late they charge you. No way to treat a patient. Of course we are at there mercy, because most patients are elderly. I guess they figure our time is not important, and sad to say our time is about to run out. Please don't try to cram in so many patients in one day.

I use to like this place and have gotten me , my wife and 3 kids glasses here. But i have had nothing but a run around getting my transition glasses. First they gave me sunglasses, the said they would reorder them then they came in the wrong lens size for the frames then was told that they would order the lens uncut so they could cut them in-house. And i get a call saying they are ready again only to get there and they tried to bend the frame to fit the lens and pass it off as all good. Then i find out that they did not order them uncut like they said that is why the keep lens keeps pop out. So then i was told that this time they would really order them uncut. And i am still waiting. This all started on 4-1-19. Still waiting and think me and my family will not be using them ever again.

Been sitting and waiting for an hour. Went to ask someone how much longer and the girl asked the name and walked away and never came back. There’s no one at the front desk to even greet you when you walk in. I don’t understand how everyone else’s time is invaluable, but if you miss an appointment they charge you a fee, yet can keep you waiting in the office for over an hour. We haven’t even been back to see the doctor yet. Ridiculous!!!!!

Great staff, but my appointment was scheduled a year ago for 2:30 today(for which I had to take off of work). It is almost 3:30 and we are still waiting in the lobby. I really hate the way doctor's offices do this to their patients.
