Me and my 5 year old went here yesterday for her eye exam the lady who helped us and the doctor, Justin, was amazing! My daughter was getting so anxious because the machines were making her nervous, but they were so patient! Justin made everything into a fun game for her and in the end it made everything work out! Definitely will continue using this doctor!!!

I went to this place with high hopes because I saw the five star rating on google. I came to this eye doctor optimistic and excited. Upon my arrival the desk clerk was wonderful, very nice woman. I ended up waiting a long time to meet with my doctor which is understandable because other patients probably came for a different reason than I. When I meant with the doctor he wasn't that nice. I felt like he rushed me/ the procedure. It's a difference between being fast, efficient, and pleasant and rushing and not talking to your patient. After the eye exam I chose my glasses and 10 minutes into me picking out my glasses the man responsible for processing the order came over and basically rushed me into getting a pair of glasses that I truly did not want just so he could hurry up and get me gone (it was not near closing time). Fast forward to now I have waited an entire month to receive my glasses and they have yet to come. I asked for them to deliver them since I am away at school. On top of that they charged me an extra $10 dollars just so they could cheaply send my glasses which I never got because they are more than likely lost in the mail because they went the cheap route. As of today they told me if my glasses aren't here in 2 days they will resend them. I have nothing against this establishment but bad business is bad business.

I was in search of an eye clinic. I looked online and saw this one have 5 stars. Despite of the long distance, I gave them a try. And I’m sooo glad I did. Love, love, love the staff and the doctor was very nice. Everyone was down to earth. The receptionist (Shannon) helped me picked out my glasses. They have a lot of high end names you can pick from. John is the the guy who helps with the measurements and he was nice as well. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend.

Would give 5 stars, but front desk lady pulled the wrong insurance plan and told me I had a discount plan that didn't pay much of anything. I knew that didn't sound right, but she insisted that it was right. Well she was right about one thing, my eye insurance has a discount plan but it wasn't the plan I have! After checking with my eye insurance myself, she indeed had pulled the wrong insurance plan. She wasn't paying attention to what she pulled. This cost me almost $200 more than what I should have paid. This mistake caused me to not get some added things to my lenses that insurance would have paid for. They did make it right as far as the money owed back to me. The eye doctor, Dr. Pang, was extremely nice. I will return to them again despite the mistake made with insurance.
