Kind optometrist. He was very willing to explain anything we had questions about. Woman in eyewear is a disaster. She took glasses away from me because SHE didn’t like the way they looked on me. I asked for plain black glasses repeatedly and ended up still getting a different color frame. She constantly kept handing me frames that were every color other than plain black. She would try glasses on and tell me they didn’t match her skin tone and then y’all about my skin tone and glasses colors, which is NOT HER JOB. Her job is to answer my questions related to glasses frames and lenses. It is not her job to tell me what frames I can and cannot buy. She had absolutely no business taking frames out of my hand because SHE didn’t like the way they looked on me. When I found frames I liked, I handed them to her, and she went online and told me that the frames there were the basically the same, with the same color, but a better quality. When I got the frames, they were nothing like I expected. Even though Dr. Turner was really nice, she ensured that I will never do business there again. I am extremely displeased.
