Two nurse practitioners gave me the wrong meds and My was getting bad enough I went here this morning. I had a gaping tear and it was getting badly infected $78 bucks worth. My eye feels good enough right now I haven’t even complain about the money :) finally

I took my sister to her appt. Can't review the doctor, but the office isn't in very good condition. The doors need to be cleaned or painted. TP holder in bathroom was broken. The glasses & cases out front were very dusty. Place was a turn off.

I took my young daughter in for pain and inflammation in her eye. The front desk and nursing staff were amazing and helpful. However Dr Schaeffer’s attitude towards my daughter was certainly less than compassionate. He was crude and not very sympathetic while he worked on her eye. Then as she was crying because her eye was hurting he told her that she had better make A’s & B’s in school or she would t get into college.... she’s a 6th grader.

Nice, clean facility but the chairs need to be recovered they were torn and tattered. I had a 9:30 appointment and wasn’t seen until 10:15. Made me feel as if my time isn’t important to them. The staff are very pleasant. The doctor was very nice and explained every thing to me and answers my questions.

Dr. Shaeffer saw me as a walk in (emergency) promptly . Got me taken care of quickly and I was on my way. BTW, he did my cataract surgery in 2018 and did a great job. My eyes improved to where I can drive at night without glasses and even read without reading glasses if I need to. The medical care is superb at Desoto EYE CARE...

The staff was wonderful but me and my daughter visited this place on December 30,2017 and purchased two pair of glasses that i haven't gotten yet.i have been calling them and they kept telling me they haven't came in yet.so i had my daughter to call and check on them today February 3rd and now they tell me that the company that put the frames in their glasses broke the frame and it will be another week in a half before i get them.ok the question is are both of the glasses broke? if not why not send the pair that's ready?
