Wonderful experience with Dr. McMasters and the staff of the Dogwood Vision Care. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The technicians explained what each piece of equipment used tested for during my eye exam. Dr. McMasters has the confidence and easy going demeanor that comes from his years of experience. His jovial personality sets the tone for the entire Office and made my visit rather enjoyable. It was a nice feeling to leave knowing I had been given a professional exam and made some new friends in the process. I encourage anyone wanting a thorough exam in a relaxed setting to go see Dr. Charles McMasters and the staff of the Dogwood Vision Care.

I've worn glasses or contacts since 1995. I've always been resigned to the fact that I will just never see 20/20. I went to dr mcmasters when I began working nearby and needed somewhere that I could just pop in and out of on a lunch break. Thank goodness for his great location because I've never seen better! Also, due to my high prescription, my contacts are very expensive and Dr McMasters and his staff worked tirelessly with my insurance to save me money. Great Dr!

First time to Dr McMasters at Dogwood Vision Care; It was a great experience. The young ladies in the front were friendly and helpful, very professional. Dr McMasters is friendly and very informative. He explained every aspect of the tests that were done and his recommendations. He took time to answer all my questions and did so in a relaxed , unhurried manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is needing eye care.

Dr. McMasters was amazing!!! They got me in for a same day appt as a new patient and when I got there I barely filled out the forms and they called me back. I have been wearing contact lens for over 20 years- this is the first time anyone did a FULL eye exam once I got my trial lens in. Found out I needed a different Rx in both eyes. Got new ones in- did another FULL exam, had to replace the right contact- another full exam and I can now see better then I could with glasses!!!! I have an astigmatism and was told I would never see as clear with contact lens’ as I would with glasses. That’s because they didn’t know about Dr. McMasters!!!!! He is sweet, caring, and professional and will take the time to get your contacts correct, no matter what!!!! If you need contact’s GO SEE HIM NOW!!!!!

I love doctor McMasters. He's funny and actually listens to your wants and needs and he'll work with you on any and everything. He dosen't push you through like cattle. The staff is also fantastic. They were fast, efficient, and super friendly. They whole office will get with you on a personal level and always welcome you with smiles. They'll never let you walk out that door or stop trying unless completely satisfied. Ill never use anyone else.

Friendly, competent staff and excellent care from Dr. McMasters. He is the first optometrist I've visited (I've seen more than a few in my 60 years) who waited until AFTER the lense-flipping vision exam to dilate my eyes for the internal check. This allowed my eyes to be in a natural state while determining what kind of corrective lens combination was necessary. It makes a huge difference, at least for me, and I'm grateful to him for doing the dilation after and not before that crucial step. Dr. McMasters, like me, is a veteran of US military service. It was a pleasure to make his acquaintance and to share a little about my military experience and to hear about his. I think vets, particularly, will appreciate his no-nonsense approach to helping his patients. I recommend Dogwood Vision Care and Dr. McMasters to any and all.

They were completely awful! The assistant that took me back personal told me she had only been working here a month and didn’t know anything about this!! Doctor Mcmaster was very rude and NOT helpful at all. He had smart comments too. Was certainly a waste of money.

I absolutely love Dr. McMasters and his staff. I came in to the office scared to death I was going to lose my vision due to a cornea abrasion. ( A pretty big chunk was out of my cornea) The nurses and staff were so kind and helpful. Dr. McMaster put me at ease and helped promote healing and prevent infection. He put a bandage contact in ( I had never even heard of that before) and it gave me so much relief. Outside of this emergency Dr. McMasters gave me my 1st eye exam since I was a child. He is knowledgeable and thorough. The office is clean and the wait is never long! 5 stars!!!

A kind lady recommended Dr. McMaster, and I cannot fully express how pleased I am with how well he and his staff took care of me! He took the time to fully explain everything in great detail. He served 28 years in the National Guard, and as a spouse of a husband who is currently deployed, he ensured everything was perfect. Somehow was able to get my vision for contacts to 20/20 when no other reputable doctors in the area could. His staff was also very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend him and his staff!

I saw Dr. McMasters today for the first time and had a wonderful experience! He and his staff were all very professional and friendly. They made me feel like family. They genuinely cared about my concerns regarding my vision. There was absolutely no wait. They got me back as soon as I finished my paperwork. The girl was very sweet and explained every test she was doing. Dr. McMasters came in as soon as she was finished. He was very, very knowledgeable and after his tests, he explained my diagnosis thoroughly. I felt very confident in his diagnosis. I love this office. Great location, great doctor, great staff. He's my new eye doctor for sure!!

First of all, Dr. McMasters' staff are very professional people. They are friendly and welcoming and get things done quickly and efficiently. Dr. McMasters himself is an experienced optometrist who doesn't beat around the bush -- he knows what questions to ask and listens carefully to his patients, thereby arriving at the correct solutions quickly. My entire experience with this office was pleasant and enjoyable -- clinically sound and great customer service. Easy peasy.
