His office personnel are friendly, competent and most accommodating - both in the clinic and the glasses and contacts portion. I have gone from heavy thick lenses through contacts and regular glasses and after cataract removal, into extremely light-weight glasses when necessary for reading. It's amazing! Couldn't be better!

I have had many visits to Curtis Optometry with Dr. Cunningham specifically. First, the staff was always been kind and courteous. The reception room time is very short. I know I will have time to do some other errands in town and won't get held up at the clinic. Dr. Cunningham is probably the most helpful doctor I have seen. She never makes you feel like she is rushed and is seems really concerned for the welfare of my eyes.

Had my appointment back on Nov 11, 2016 and was the informed after paying over $300 out of pocket for my glasses that they would be ready for pick in 7-10 business days. That never happened! Made a call to Curtis optometry and was informed because of the thanksgiving holiday the lab was backlogged so I should get them the next week and they would call me. Never got a call. My second call now over two weeks after being told 7-10 days and I was informed that the Lab had messed up the order and they had to make the glasses again so I would get a call when they wer in. 3 weeks later and no call so my third call and was told the same thing as before. Over a month and no call so I call again and suddenly they are there ready for pick up. Worst customer service! How about you take my money and never call me to tell me what's going on that makes sense! Will not recommend or use again especially after paying money for 3 members of family with glasses. Just an update to add. So the optometrist called me a couple weeks ago and apologized for his staff giving me the runaround and not keeping me informed of the status of my glasses. He even went above and said that he would refund me $100 of my copay and I should get a check in the mail in about a week. Well even though I have not see the check and calling the office I still get no help I appreciate his gesture. I'm not holding my breath on the refund.

I am more than happy to write a review about Curtis Optometry. My contacts came in today and are a perfect fit. I have never had an optometry provider who has been so professional, organized, and knowledgeable. I have never had contacts that actually fit. I have always been told it was the "best fit they could find". The staff is very happy and treat the patients with respect and care. The office is CLEAN, and the staff, including the doctor, are constantly washing their hands to prevent any bacteria to transfer from one patient to anther. Children are welcomed also, and are addressed with language they understand. If anyone in the Golden Triangle Region is considering an (all important) eye exam, please go to Curtis. I am new to the area, and feel blessed I found them.
