Brooks Eye Center is the only eye clinic I've ever visited, and I don't plan to go anywhere else! The doctors are very patient in listening to my concerns. The staff is also helpful in appointments, choosing eye glasses, insurance questions, etc. They have extended hours if needing to pick up your eye glasses after work, too. Maeghan

They do not clean any of the tools that are used on other patients until you tell/ask them to. Cleaning the tools should be standard procedure between patients. Previous eye doctor office cleaned each tool in front of you every/anytime you go to them. Unfortunately, their office hours didn't work with my work schedule so I had to use a different office this year.

I have been a patient for several years and have no intention of changing doctors any time soon. The staff is very friendly and always helpful . I wear tri-focals and the lab or tech that does my lens nails it every time! No body contortions trying to see high or low or left to right.. If you are not satisfied ,they work with you until you are. GREAT PLACE!!!!!

Took in my prescription 2 weeks ago, was told that it would be 5 to 7 days and I still have no glasses. The women who work here always have an attitude problem and when they dont do their job and tell you about something they want to blame you. I do NOT recommend this place. Take your money and go to tupelo!

Worst experience with an eye doctor ever! I was rushed through my appointment. I picked up my sunglasses first and they were horrible. You could see where the lense was cut on the outside. And the frames were scratched. They did fix them. But when I picked up my glasses, the prescription was completely wrong. They tried to fix it and it's still not right. It's less than a year later, and I am going to have to find another doctor to get a new prescription and new glasses. Don't waste your money on this place.

My 2 daughters and I were scheduled for an eye exam. Dr. Brooks was very detailed in explaining their diagnosis. The materials and show room sections were very organize, making it easier to decide what style and name brand to go with.....The assistants were vey attentive!

I have been coming here for a little over a year. I reccomend this place to anyone needing great and helpful service. Not only did they get me in and out due to an emergency back home. Last year, I finally found a brand of contacts that doesn't irritate me. Well this year, that brand came out with a new contact, she offered it to me and when I decided to give it a try, they were great. The ladies there also helped me with getting a pair of glasses. It's nice to have that back up plan. Fast, friendly, and affordable!! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

First time using brooks eye center and they were great! I had an appointment at 10:40 and called to see if I was able to come in earlier, and they got me in two hours early. They had a lot of trouble with their internet being down, but I was still out of there in under an hour! Thanks again for the new glasses!

We have visited BEC several times since moving back to Mississippi in 1999. Every time, we have experienced exceptional customer service and top notch professionalism. On our most recent visit, Meredith was more than helpful to my wife as she searched for just the pair of glasses she wanted. She even let us know how we could save significant dollars on my wife's contact lenses. We will definitely make the one hour + drive to BEC again!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was a new patient and they didn't listen, didn't explain anything, and charge way too much. They charged $60 for a contact fitting which consisted of them pointing me to a room and leaving... I had to track someone down for solution because I was having a problem. Their "recheck" is a joke... It consisted of them taking you to a room, you cover one eye and read a line, cover the other eye and read the same line then they send you on your way... Even if you tell them it's blurry but you can still read it because you just read the same line with the other eye! Not to mention that i haven't had updated glasses in over 5 years, i wanted to bite the bullet and get both contacts and glasses.... They didn't explain anything about how to order glasses so they came back with the lenses too thick and then when i questioned it they asked if i requested high index to which i replied "what is that? Was i supposed to?" I'm never going back and I don't suggest anyone else go there.
