Absolutely the very best. From the time you walk into the doors until you leave everything was a happy and peaceful and productive experience. The front staff is so courteous and quick and pleasant that it was truly like a breath of fresh air compared to some doctors offices I have been in. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable about his field and I felt my eyes were in the best of care. When I went to pick out some new frames the staff again was so helpful and great at knowing just what would look the best on my face. She put me at ease and gave me personal attention and did not hurry me. The paying part was painless also. She adds it up right in front of you so you can see all the charges you owe and what the insurance will ay. I was so pleased. I’ve already referred one co-worker to Bright Eyes this morning! One more thing the name is awesome! Bright Eyes caught my attention and the eye icon on the building outside helped me find where I needed to go,,, couldn’t have ask for more. If you need your eyes checked, glasses, contacts, sunglasses Bright Eyes is The place to go!!

New location in Broadmoor is so much better. Excellent staff, stayed on appointment schedule, clean and inviting environment. I watched the ladies work with children and they were so calm and caring. Didn't try to rush them choosing g glasses or push something on them they didn't like.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Phillip's for several years now. He is beyond amazing. My youngest daughter is a type 1 diabetic for a little over 2 years now and he does an exceptional job keeping us informed of any changes he may find and even what we will be looking at in the future. His staff is awesome, they take their time with my youngest and believe me, she will try on ALL their samples lol. Clean, family environment in a great location. If you haven't already, go check them out!

The staff is super nice! I have a special needs child and the doctor made sure to take extra time with him and make sure he was comfortable. My son was upset when he had to leave without glasses(they had to order his prescription) so the doctor got one of the ones you wear after getting your eyes dilated and knelt down and put those on my son and he was instantly happy!! I can’t tell you how impressed I was with his interaction with all 4 of my boys. They all love Dr. Phillips!!
