The Staff was friendly. The wait time was awesome. I went to this clinic because I have a problem with my eyes. I have high anxiety when it comes to my eyes n wasn’t comfortable at all. I didn’t feel like like my symptoms was taking seriously. I had pain in left eye at the appointment and left with pain in my right eye all day after the appointment. I wish I could be pointed in the right direction on an ophthalmologist that’s going to help me. Figure out why my eyesight in my right eye keeps decreasing associated with pain and blocked ducts. What’s causing these ducts to block? I just didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t feel like the doctor cared. Treated this visit as an annual visit with no follow up to see if my symptoms improved. I could of went to Walmart eye clinic if I wanted an annual check up. I want answers to the symptoms I’m having. Now I’m left in same position as before in my search for another eye doctor.

I recently had cataract surgery on my right eye and three weeks later on my left eye. I was amazed at the difference and my vision has improved greatly. Dr. Benefield and his staff have been very professional and caring. His nurse called to check on me a couple hours after my surgeries and he called me the night of my surgeries to check on me. Would definitely highly recommend them to anyone.

I arrived for my appointment early but was not seen until nearly an hour and a half past my scheduled time. I wouldn't suggest trying to squeeze an appointment into your daily lunch hour. Staff was all smiles, though.
