Dr. Clark and his staff have always made my wife and myself feel welcome and as if our needs were important to them. Anytime I have had a problem with my prescription or my eyes, Dr. clark has rechecked and personally helped me. I have been going to him for many years now and will continue to do so.

This was one of the most unprofessional offices I've ever been to. My wife was trying to get contacts for the first time and they didn't assist her with anything, and we never got to setup a follow up appointment to check the fit. The staff at the front desk were unprofessional as we;;. When I was trying to select my glasses they kept just asking to see them on my face and whispering to each other, and would not tell me what the problem was. I will not be going back here and I would never recommend this office, and I would encourage anyone to find somewhere else to go.

My daughter and I visited this office about three years ago. The doctor and his assistants were unprofessional. During the time my daughter and I were there, the doctor and his assistants spent a good bit of time gossiping at the front desk. The staff was also impolite. I have not been back.

I love going to 20/20 Vision Center. Dr. Clark and his staff are very professional. I'm always able to make an appointment that's convenient for my 3 children and I. Our visits are mostly always in and out. Dr. Clark is very thorough with his exams and seems like he doesn't mind you asking questions. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I arrived promptly for my appointment, and it took almost 45 mins for the optometrist to see me. The clinic was NOT busy. In fact. my fiancee and I were the only ones in the lobby. During initial conversation, the optometrist asked me if I was wearing my contacts, which I was because I have incredibly poor vision. The attendant, who had run my essential exams, measured me with my contacts in, meaning I'd have to redo all my exams. She NEVER asked me if I was wearing contacts. Also, she works in a vision clinic and DID NOT NOTICE I was wearing contacts. After the quickest appointment I've ever had, he gave my results and gave me a trail pair to wear. I wore them for about 3-4 days and then called to order contacts. The woman who answered told me they were incredibly busy and would return my call. She never did. I then called again, told her my call was not returned for which she did apologize on behalf of her company, and then placed my order. After waiting over a week and half for my contacts to arrive, I called asking when they should arrive. She explained they do not place order until they believe they received enough orders. IT'S NOW BEEN WAY OVER TWO AND HALF WEEKS, AND I AM STILL IN THE TRAIL PAIR, bc I am waiting for the contacts I ordered. These contacts are designed to last that long. I waited three more days to see if my contacts had arrived, and THE PHONE IS OFF THE HOOK. I'VE CALLED 5 TIMES. LITERALLY, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE I'VE EVER RECEIVED FROM AN EYE CLINIC. And, this is coming from someone who has used contacts/glasses for more than 20 years. UNACCEPTABLE.

Today was my first time getting an exam at 20/20 vision. However, my family has been coming here since they moved here maybe 3 years ago and each time has been better than the last.. Its very professional and they get you in and out all while making sure you leave satisfied.. Not to mention I got a pair of polo frames for a little to nothing.. You may have to wait a week for an exam but its definitely worth it..

They waited 12 days to get my glasses, I did call and ask if they were in, and they got an attitude with me when I called, they waited 2 hours for 2 exams they made me redo 1 exam, and I thought it was unnecessary, they were very rude to my grandmother, she asked them if we was done, and one women klept walking away like my grandmother wasn’t even there.
