The 3 front desk ladies at Southwest Eyecare in Norwood Young America are the best! I love their upbeat positive attitudes. I always leave happy, even though I am just going to getting my eyes checked or my glasses adjusted. Thank you!

I have had not the best, and not friendly service from this place. I thought the first mistake they made was just that, so I was willing to give them the opportunity to make up for it. They didn't. More mistakes, more time waiting, ordered wrong thing, your glasses were damaged in shipping..... They gave my wife a hard time for asking for our prescriptions. We moved to the area 2 years ago and haven't been made to feel welcome by the staff on almost every visit. Will be driving distance to another town to feel welcome.

Great customer service! I had a warranty claim on a pair of glasses I bought from them about a year ago and they were super accommodating in getting them replaced!
