My Mom who is 94 years old has seen Dr. Lundin for 3-4 years now in relation to her eye problems. Ashley has been very good, however, yesterday we felt rushed with our appt. And at one moment Dr. Lundin got a little short with my Mom about no line bifocals which my Mom stated she did not want. Mom was told to "make up her mind" which I thought was very unprofessional and rude. Mom had just stated she did not want them, but Ashley had a different opinion in her head. My Mom is very sharp, and also thought she was inconsiderate and made us feel like we were taking too much of her time. We however, waited forty five minutes in the lobby past her scheduled appt time to see her!
