I got the Silkpeel Facial with Heather Lantz - I was amazed by the immediate results and felt very informed throughout the entire process thanks to Heather. Pro: I like dr Hassan and the nurses. They are good with my son. Con: I hate going here. They make a huge deal if you are on state assistance. They make me feel like a lower class citizen. Front desk is rude. Always have to wait 20-30 extra minutes to be seen- even when we are there for a 7:15am appt. I think there are way better eye clinics out there. I’ve had enough.

Pros: Doctor and assistant were very kind to my child. Doctor Hassan thoroughly explained the exam and findings. Cons: Wait times were consistently about 20 minutes. They charge for any follow-up appointment. We were told to return in 6 weeks to have my son's glasses checked as a follow-up appointment to his original vision exam and they charged a $164 vision exam fee. When questioned, a billing associate explained any use of the doctor's chair time incurs a fee.

Called Friday with a concern of blurry vision. Dr Nicols talked with me on the phone and blew me off, only to learn from the scheduler that Dr Nicols was seeing his last patient and headed to a function. So pretty much this function was more important than a patient. Got an appointment for the next morning at 915. Waited for 20 minutes to get called back and ANOTHER 45 min for the doc to come in!!! No apology, no explanation!

Dr. John O'Neil examined my eyes a year ago and then last November: no change within the error of measurement = no need for new glasses. But I did have cataracts. He did the surgery on the first one yesterday in the afternoon, and the called at 6 PM: "just checking to see how you were" ("Just fine"). Can't beat that for attention to detail!
