My initial appointment for an annual eye exam was average. I have had much more thorough exams in the past with optometrists. My main criticisms are with his office staff and contact lens specialists. For such an expensive contact service fee, I expected quality customer service. Instead, my requests for service were ignored and, when pressed, the staff responded in unhelpful and unprofessional manners. Repeated written requests seeking resolution, including a letter handed directly to Dr. Foley, have also been ignored.
