Very friendly and very helpful staff, from the front desk, the technicians, the Doctors, and the opticians. I especially enjoy dealing with Loma because she is very helpful and makes you feel comfortable while choosing frames. She always has a warm and glowing smile that helps make your day. She has a deep knowledge of all the different frames and the different types of lenses, as well as contact lenses. Both of my parents have been patients of Vision Institute of MI. When I decided, several years ago, to seek vision care beyond the usual optometric centres, Vision Institute was the only choice. The care is exemplary, as is everyone who works there, from front desk, to vision specialists, to the on site optical shoppe. I have the utmost confidence in services provided. The friendliness of everyone at the Delco site is beyond compare. I can see no reason to ever seek vision services from another provider.

Dr. James R. Valice initially treated me for a severe iritis condition in my right eye several years ago. I had lost nearly 90% of my vision in the eye. The vision in my eye was restored in less than two months as a result of his expert diagnosis and treatment. I"ll be forever grateful. He saved the vision in my right eye.

Dr. Novetsky did cataract surgery on both eyes one week apart & I am very satisfied with the results. Dr. Novetsky was very informative and I would recommend his services. The staff and the surgery staff were very nice and helpful. My appointment with Dr. Findlay went very well and her personality was great, very concerning person.

i had a very bad experience with my cataract surgery. I have had problems with blurring for a year now. I had pain during the surgery and i did not feel that i was listened to when I complained. I was supposed to be able to read with my left eye and cannot . I went to another doctor and found out that my surgery was botched. I have a lot of scaring on my right eye and there is a hole in my iris. This is causing damage that can not be fixed. I am thinking of suing!! I paid extra for laser surgery and a special torque lens..Think long and hard about having your cataract surgery here!!!

Went to the Sterling Heights Office with a prescription from the outside (VA) to have a second par of glasses made, as well as new computer glasses. I've been in this facility any number of times over the years. In the Optical Dept. I dealt with Loma Y. for my needs. Long story short, a few different issues popped up, primarily with the way the VA wrote the script (error on it,) and the lab that made the glasses for Vision Institute made a mistake as well. Loma worked with me, and after two tries, we finally got it right. I can't say enough of how much Loma went to bat for me; she was more than patient, kind, and understanding. She put my mind at ease, assuring me that we would stay at it until the glasses were just right! Thanks Loma...Great Job!

The initial appointment usually goes off without a hitch. Doctors are great... Then comes dealing with the girl with long dark hair. She is the employee you meet with to decide on glasses, contacts, or just to get your Rx. She is very rude & short with you. Almost as though she's doing you a favor waiting on you. From now on my family & I will be going elsewhere for the final step of purchasing glasses/contacts.

I had my very first vision exam at the Vision Institute of Michigan and my experience was Five-Star Excellent! After reading a few Google reviews regarding long wait times, I brought a snack and prepared for an hour long wait after my scheduled appointment time to see the Opthalmologist. I never got a chance to even reach for my snack because I was greeted, insurance processed then having my initial eye exam with Rachael mere minutes after my arrival. Rachael was phenomenal! She was very thorough, engaging and caring. Dr. Valijan M.D. completed the more detailed portion of my eye exam and was very patient, professional and explained each process and the results from my exam. The ENTIRE staff at the Vision Institute of Michigan was welcoming, caring and professional. A special Thank You goes to the two wonderful ladies at the check-in & the check-out reception area. I truly appreciate your patience, care and concern for me during and especially after my visit ended and I will not soon forget your accomodations. The Vision Institute of Michigan is top notch and I will definitely return to see Dr. Valijan, M.D. and the staff for my future eye care visits.

My husband just had cataract surgery and cant believe how much better he can see! We never had to wait for any appointment and everyone was super. Dr. Novetsky has to be the mildest mannered doctor I know. In 2011 I had surgery and had Intraocular Lens inserted.. Thanks to Dr. Novetsky I no longer have to wear glasses of any kind. I love to read and no glasses needed, not even on those tiny prescription bottles. I can sew and thread the needles without a problem! I cant praise Dr. Novetsky and his whole staff enough.

Went for my diabetic retinopathy screening today and i must say the nurse and doctor were very excellent and explained everything as they were screening my eyes. I give the office staff, nurses and doctors an A+ and was happy to hear they tested your hearing also which i will have done also...
