Horrible experience for my husband. New mamagement. He went in because he noticed his left eye was more blurry. They gave him a scrip which he paid $150.00 at Costco for new lenses. They were worse. They had made no correction to the left lens at all! And defended themselves! They never told him at the appt. about this. Never going back there again!

I have been going to Traverse City Eye for many years under the expert care of Dr. Foot. When I recently needed cataract surgery I decided to have Dr Eby do the procedure. She was patient, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. She has a wonderful personality which made the process stress free and much more enjoyable. Prior to surgery, without my glasses, I couldn't read the big "E" on the chart and now have 20-20 vision. I highly recommend Dr. Eby and the staff at Traverse City Eye.

Care is good, but ABSOLUTELY horrendous wait time. If you don't know if eyes are being dilated, the patient needs someone else to take a half day off from work to sit for what today is now at 1 hour 45 minutes and counting. Pathetic!!!

This place is the worst ever. Rude people. And the 5 star review by Jessica Eisner is fake because she works at this place. So they're trying to pad their own rating. I got a whole lot better services and treatment somewhere else. And check out the other fake 5 star review by Zoe Gum, who is probably related to another employee of this place Dr Gum.

Shayla, Dr. Eby and staff went above and beyond fitting my daughter in for her exam on a day they were fully booked, closing early for the Labor Day holiday, I had screwed up the time and arrived late and had to get back to Glen Arbor for her practice right away — they took care of us and got us in and out —we are both going back!
