Miss one appointment after waiting 2 years cause i got busy with stuff (which was admitting my fault) and went to schedule another appointment and they said in our policy you miss one appointment your dropped from our roster, are you fing serious waiting 2 fing years for a damn appointment at this establishment aint worth my time with their high standard of their of upper class establishment

I made this appointment two months in advance to fit with my work schedule, I arrived ten minutes before my scheduled appointment time and here I am 50 minutes after my 9 a.m. appointment time still waiting to be seen by Dr. Daws. This is ridiculous. I love the rest of the staff though!

Horrible experience with this place. Wouldn't even give them 1 star, less than a 1 star. ... Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Doctor was supposed to call me and never did. No respect for them whatsoever.

Our family has used Midland Eye Care for years. Service has always been great. They have worked through a number of difficult correction issues for our family. Recently Dr Daws helped diagnose a serious issue with my vision, which resulted in surgery that resolved the issue. She 'thinks outside of the eye' ! You can't get that sort of service when you order online.
