Nasty, rude doctor! Front desk woman was great, first woman who saw me was great. Appointment started 20 minutes late, they also let me sit around in the room forever. When I made a comment about the wait time the doctor told me I could go someplace else - so I did. Then a staff member came out and started an arguement with me in the lobby on behalf of the doctor. Why defend someone with no respect for their patients? Needless to say I will not be back.

When I remarked that I'd been waiting over an hour the direct quote from the doctor was a very snide "if you don't like our wait times, then you can just go someplace else!"
There is no excuse for the extremely rude behavior exhibited by the arrogant doctor and staff member. If you admittedly don't have the time to make your appointments in a timely manner then MAKE LESS APPOINTMENTS. This basic eye exam - with dilation - should take no more than an hour. I was there from 9:10am until I walked out at 10:45am. Even taking out the 10 minutes that I was early (as suggested by you) I was still there for 1 hour and 25 minutes before encountering an actual doctor. Unacceptable. My time is not worthless. Don't make excuses for your EXTREMELY POOR customer service and poor wait times. It's a shame that your whole office has now been represented by those two unfortunate people, and whoever is responding to these reviews. You will not have my business or the business of anyone else I encounter.
