Having my cataracts surgery by being Dr Grosinger went extremely well. My examination, surgery, and followup were done with close attention to details. I experienced no problems. I how quickly I moved thru all of the testing and shown a video that explained the whole procedure. Dr Grosinger gave a complete explanation of what to expect and what I needed done. I recommend this office to all of my friends.

Surgeries were successful. Staff is rude. Wait is ridiculously long w a total of three visits to date. Waited 2.5 hours for a 15 minute appt post on visit. At the next visit two weeks later, they were running 50 minutes behind, we asked how far behind were the appts running bc we had children to make arrangements for and the last visit we waited 2.5 hours for a 15 minute appt, the receptionist rudely repeated rather loudly that she has worked at the office 2.5 years, and they never ran 2.5 hours behind. I think a better response would be 'I'm sorry. Let me see what I can do'. Or even better....warn the patients on EVERY visit how far behind they are running, bc the visit itself is already time consuming at about a two and half hour visit. So to be running 50 minutes late on top of a two and half hour appt needs proper planning when the patient has to make arrangements to be at the appt.

Wait time is horrible, 15 minutes worth of interaction with a doctor or their help resolves in 2 hours or more in the office, waiting because they are overbooked. I recently called and specifically asked for the doctor to call me back and the person calling me back was not a doctor and told me things that contradicted what Dr Grosinger told me before, so I decided to not go back there.

Dr Spigelman is outstanding and I appreciate how he explains what is going on with my eyes. The folks that do the eye pressure tests, assistants are great as well. I feel that my eyes are in great hands with Dr Spigelman.

Dr Spiegelman is a exceptionally good doctor. He is caring and spends time teaching about the eyes. I have not felt rushed while talking with him during my patient visits. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with cataracts or any type of surgery/health problems with their eyes. Dr. Spigelman's office is clean, and run very efficiently, and his nurses are very personable. I did not have to wait very long for getting an appointment as well and the orderly matter in which I attended the visit.

Being a new patient I expected to wait forever but each step of my appointment, all procedures, exams and tests were very smooth and the staff was very professional and courteous. 5 stars is not high enough! I had a vision correction surgery (ELASA, similar to LASIK, I think) from Dr. Spigelman a few years ago. Within days of the surgery, a dog scratched my cornea on Thanksgiving night. Dr. Spigelman dropped everything and met me at his office to take care of me. I can't thank him enough! The initial surgery went great, and the follow-up was exceptional! The office was very easy to work with, from scheduling the first appointment to finalizing all the paperwork. The staff was very friendly, helpful, comforting, and informational whenever I had questions. I've recommended several friends and family to come here and suggest you do the same. I owe my vision to Dr. Spigelman and the entire staff here. Thank you!

I have been seeing Dr Grey for years & will continue to do so. He is very thorough & explains any questions that you may have. The staff and assistants are friendly & professional. I have never waited more than 15 mins for my exam to begin. I think that is remarkable considering the amount of patients seen on a daily basis.

I've always been extremely satisfied with my visit to see Dr. Grossinger for glaucoma. The technicians are friendly and efficient. Dr. Grossinger does a good job of explaining my eye condition and how I am doing. He did my right eye cataract surgery and I am happy with the outcome. Much better vision than the other eye which was performed by doctor at different clinic.
