I was able to make my appointment with ease with a friendly employee. The day of my appointment was white out conditions and I called to let them know I was in my way and would be a little late. The receptionist told me that was fine and to be safe. After arriving all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Dr Mead always takes the time to explain the issues and how to resolve them. I would recommend to everyone!

Appointment same day . was appreciated that I was seem on short notice for a problem that needed attention. Every one from first person at desk last person I paid was wonderful, kind, understanding of problem and putting me at ease. Dr Mead listened to me and answerd every question. He explained everything to me and gave a reason why we did any test . I would give a 10 not 5!! Didn't try to give me glasses when my eyes haven't changed enough to warrant them. Great place!

I’ve been a client here for a year and a half. Dr. Oppermann is a good communicator and very friendly. Today, he explained that I could get a test I needed covered by insurance. I was happy to know that. Cassie helped me pick out glasses and order. It was pleasant and she did not rush me. The gals in the office are always welcoming. I feel good about coming here and the quality of medical care is superior.
