Just tried to book appointments for my entire family (two adults, two kids) with Dr. Stack. Due to our work schedules we were needing their last appointment time slots. The receptionist didn't even want to hear what was going to work better for us, informing me this is a specialty office, therefore apparently, we're suppose to just take what times they have available. That's the message I got from the receptionist. I had to ask the receptionist to please keep looking as it didn't really matter the month. She basically just informed me she didn't really think they had anything available and couldn't we just do an earlier appointment. I finally just gave up and ended the phone call. I sincerely felt as though she just didn't really want to help me book ANY appointment unless I was just willing to take whatever appointment she wanted to offer us. Word to the wise, if you're a working individual and you're a new patient, you're going to be forced to take a day off work apparently to make an appointment at Dr. Stack's office.
