Made my appointment to have my contact taken out from an injury. I made the appointment for 330 knowing my son didn't have football practice until 5 at night...I cannot believe it is almost closing time right now and I still sit here waiting to go back and my son is going to miss his practice which means he could lose playing time on the field. They need to learn time management.

Took an elderly man to a 1:30 appointment. Standard check up. 3 hours later we were leaving !! They took him back around 1:30 and made him sit for a good 2 hours before seeing him. Unacceptable ! I am looking into getting him to change eye doctors.

My only gripe is the cost of glasses. My last Rx was over 600.00 and I think that's way too much. Other services are great.

I have been going to Bay Eye Care Center since I was a child and I have always had a great experience. Recently I had a cut in my eye and had to see a different Doctor at the facility and I was treated very well. They will continue to earn my business.

Made an appointment for eye exam. Earliest apt with my doctor almost 2 months out. I inquired if I could purchase a set of current prescription contacts to get me by til appt...transferred to optical dept. After a week and a half of getting voice mails and leaving messages with optical I finally talk to an actual person! She takes my name and # and says call me back ASAP after speak with my doctor. I hear nothing for over a week. After 3 MORE calls I actually get another human...she informs me she don't BELIEVE doctor would do such a thing.....without even talking to my doctor!!!! VERY disorganized.....do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere. I AM!!!!

Office staff unorganized and curt. Had complete eye exam done for my 5 year old. Doctor stated vision was normal for her age. A few weeks later she failed the eye exam at pediatricians office. Called Bay eye care to request eye recheck. Dr stated she was confident in her exam and we could come back in but would be charged again. We then went to a different optometrist. Exam showed a significant astigmatism. I would not recommend Bay Eye Care Center.

Took me an hour just to sit there to order contacts. If the Optical center would ever answer their phone or return calls from messages left, this could have been avoided. As I could have ordered over the phone. Very frustrating

I have been treated here for over ten years. The doctors are truly top notch. However as with other reviews, I have waited over an hour to see first one professional, then waited another hour to see the next one in a different area. It takes two or three hours to cover an exam here. The cost of my glasses here was over $750 just for the lens. The frames are also high priced. However, when I got a really deep scratch on my lens, the insurance completely covered replacement of both lens.

Called around 10:45am on Friday 6/15/18 and was able to get a last minute appointment around 1:45pm. Every other place I called didn't even have a doctor in. I had something in my eye and needed to have it checked out before the weekend. The doctor was able to get it out without any issue. She was also very thorough about how to treat the eye in case of infection for the next few days. Highly recommend!

I had a very professional experience, with no complaints. Staff was helpful and I didn't wait long at all before seeing Dr., whom was amazing at her job. It turned out that i need glasses, and the woman in the glasses area was SOOO sweet and didn't mind that I took forever picking a pair of frames. All in all, I really had a great visit.
