Overall great experience. Dr. Habryl is a miracle worker. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. H and his crew made my cataract surgical process very comforting and easy to understand. Keep up the good work Alpine!

Spent 1 hour 25 minutes trying to prove to the wench at the front desk (Brittany) that my deductible was paid and i did not have to pay “up to $180” - I had to call insurance company myself because she was too shiftless to dial the phone - gave her my cell phone to speak to insurance company to prove what i already told her ($40 copay) which I had to pay up front and then get a refund after waiting 1 hour 25 minutes to be seen and then WALKED OUT without ever being seen. I would rather go blind than deal with this unprofessional place! Lots of staff standing around doing nothing.

As I wait here for close to 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment the receptionist finally has to be approached and I'm told we are under staffed today. Not my problem. Maybe you should have said that at the beginning. Lots of employees walking around giggling. Unprofessional
