I came here for an exam and I have to say I love Dr. Rubin. I had such a pleasant experience with her and the rest of the staff. They are kind and courteous of your time. I was in and out quickly and I didn't have to wait too long. I do think that having a good patient experience depends on a lot of factors such as wait time and friendliness of staff, as well as how nice the Dr.s are. I am glad to continue to come here for my vision and eye exams.

I like Dr. Simonian, but her staff is totally unhelpful so unfortunately I'm searching for a new eye doc. I just wanted to order glasses (my eye exam was months ago but I only ordered contacts then). I called to ask if they take my new insurance to order glasses, and they told me to just come in, without answering my question. I come in and ask the receptionist the insurance question (after she ignored me without greeting for a couple minutes), and she just says, "go ask Debbie" (the lady who sells glasses). I go in and quietly wait for Debbie while she's with another customer, and when the other customer leaves I ask her the same insurance question. Her response: "I need to talk to other people so just wait out there." It was a simple effing question. JUST TELL ME IF YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE SO I CAN STOP WASTING TIME. I did not wait... I left, and so the search for a new eye doctor begins.

I saw Dr. Rubin for my eye exam. I was afraid of the air puffer test and they don't use that, they do a much easier test. After my eye exam, I got to meet with Cara for my very first pair of contacts! I love them and they have helped improve my cheer stunts!

I have been having some weird visual field issues and no one has been able to help me until I came here. They figured it out almost immediately and were so nice and helpful. I recommend this place for literally everyone, you can't go wrong. I saw Dr. Rubin and she has my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Dr. Simonian and her staff. They always take the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciated that. Dr. Simonian has a conservative approach on my last visit there was a borderline issue which could be confirmed or ruled out by a specialized test. As I was there for a vision exam an not a medical exam and I have been a long time patient Dr. Simonian made me a generous offer. If there was an issue There woudl be a charge, If there was not an issue and she was being overly conservative then there would be no charge. The test was negative and there was no charge. I have always appreciated Dr. Simonian going the extra step to insure the best result for the patient. There is often a wait past the scheduled time but when she is with you she does not rush you and spends all the time needed. I am willing to handle a wait for that level of care.

Dr. Simonian is not only a thorough, consummate professional, but helps at least *this* patient via a gentle demeanor. Her lighthearted, friendly, yet thorough and intelligent approach in communication is so encouraging to me. I 'd give her more than 5 stars, if they were available.
