My experience was superb from start to finish. The exam was thorough and stress free. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Dr Sullivan listened intently to my requirements which promoted a sense of immediate trust in her. Shopping for my new glasses was enjoyable and fun. It’s can be an expensive purchase, and I left the office feeling that I really got my money’s worth! Thanks to Dr Sullivan and the entire staff!!!

Prompt and courteous service plus a thorough exam. They don't try to upsell you, or even sell you for that matter with their current inventory. They even have appointments available on Saturday. It was my first visit there, having recently moved to the area, and would recommend them with enthusiasm.

State of the art equipment they use as well as document all on their computer system as I was there taking tests. Very pleasant and courteous staff asking effective questions and doing their job in an orderly and timely way. Their place is all new and easy on the eyes...no pun intended! I will be back soon to pick out my new glasses. They seemed very up to date with eyeglass wear as well. Best part is they are only 7 min away!

I’ve been going to this office for over 20 years, and with the exception of a rude and not very likeable receptionist who was the primary interface with the public and who I first had some dealings with at the very beginning of going there, the staff / team have been consistently great. Personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Their selection of frames is impressive, and the diagnostic technology that they have put together is pretty awesome. During my most recent visit, the ‘tech’ who worked me up was great. A former eye surgeon from Ecuador, I believe, she is very knowledgeable and personable. A great addition to Chad and Rich, the long time, always pleasant and helpful, optometrist. I’d recommend this office without hesitation to anyone who needs eye care services.

Love Watt's Eye! Our entire family of 6 is seen here. We have been coming for years and are treated like family. The staff is extremely helpful whether it is insurance issues or picking the right frame, they go above and beyond. We have had numerous occasions with broken eye glass frames and they have attempted, successfully to fix them in the moment if not then they quickly turn the glasses around. We love the doctors, they are extremely easy to talk to. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

As usual, my yearly vision exam at Watts Eye Associates exceeded my expectations! When I first arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and it just got better from there. I was invited to leisurely stroll and experience Watts Eye’s amazing new showroom. From the decor, spacious floor plan and the endless selection of frames and accessories it was like being at a spa! I was then seamlessly transitioned to the newly constructed exam offices. From beginning to goodbye I felt I was welcome and a valued part of the practice, not just a customer. Notified electronically well in advance of appointment. Promptly and professionally greeted upon arrival with efficient processing. Within 5 minutes of arrival I was taken through tests required with explanation and professional administration. Questions answered completely. Upon test completion I was brought to Doctor Sullivan who was very patient-focused. Went through the analysis of the test results to my level of understanding giving me confidence in the results and in her applied skills of understanding the condition and the test results. Very professional and patient-centered. Second year patient and am very satisfied with medical and eyewear
