Went in for an initial appointment and got an attitude about being late, until I showed the girl my email confirmation with the time I arrived at. The next appointment same thing, it was just never put in their system at all. Also they can't be bothered to return a call or a portal message but they have plenty of time to stand in groups and vent about patients right at the reception desk.

The doctors and staff are awesome. First time I’ve been to an eye doctor and the experience was quick and enjoyable. I would strongly recommend to use them as your primary eye care!

Dr. Brown is the best and most dedicated doctor I have ever had. I wish all of my dr’s could be half as good as him. He will tell you like it is! Won’t hide anything. Depending on the severity of the injury or issue, he will meet you there 24/7!!! The staff is amazing as well!

Will never come here again they screwed up the first pair the lenses were cut wrong the second pair lenses were cut wrong again got the third pair 2 and a half months later and not happy with them nither. They are lose in the frame i think they cut them wrong too and hacked them to get them to work i also think they're not the materials that i paid for.

Extremely pleasant visit - Dr Hill was great, very personable and efficient. Pamela helped me pick up my first pair of frames. Only downside is you don't get your glasses the same day in my case.

Receptionists are not at all friendly. Went in for my first appointment at 9am, and was told that it was scheduled at 10am the next day. They made it sound like it was my fault. Later that evening, I got a call from the office again saying my appointment was now scheduled at 9am instead of 10am. How can you call this an appointment, when they can't even get the time right. This will be my first and the last appointment. Word of advice: Make sure to have a hard copy of your scheduled appointment, incase they change the time on you without your knowledge.

Would give a negative if possible. Left a CLEAR memo to send to coventry location. Nope. Got a text on the first of may they were ready at this location. They were not sent to the coventry location UNTIL the 6th. VERY unprofessional when I called TWICE. Put on hold multiple times. Shipped glasses without the case. The glasses I ordered come with cases. So now i have a vision care case. Yeah... last time EVER at this company.

I give Dr Brown 4 stars... Deb & Patricia are awesome... The rest of his staff... Um well... Not so much. I saw Dr Brown & he wanted to see me again "in 4 weeks". I was told at the desk "computers are down .. We will call you for an appt" ... That was almost 6 weeks ago. Not sure if the computers are fixed yet... Billing dept playes games.. Billed me in October, payment made. No bill in November or December. Now January... $450. bill with a threat of "late fee" if I don't pay it now, now that my deductible is back to ZERO!! I have a bad chronic issue with my eye... Not sure what my future is here...

I see Dr. David Santos and he is caring, professional, and very down to earth. I never feel like he's in a rush to move onto the next patient. Kylee helped me with my glasses. have been coming here since i was a kid! i started with DR santos, due to him speaking portuguese and thats my parents main laungage. now im a Patient of Dr Brown! and oh man his sense of humor is awesome! he makes me feel at ease when im there he is amazing! thank you for making it easy to see the "eye doctor"
