The Best and Dr. Ali is the BEST and is also so efficient so polite and at the same time "very kind" " very friendly "and her staff are a mirror of Doctor Ali

I bought swissflex prescription glasses here and they broke. I called to see if I could have them repaired as they were almost 600 dollars. They said no as it was over a year. I expected to pay for the repair but they said it could not be done. I had a prescription from my eye doctor but since it was a year and a half old (my eye doctor said it was good for two years). I called Visio Optics on Harvard Street in Brookline and they could not have been nicer. They take prescriptions up to two years so I ordered new glasses and they sent my broken swissflex glasses to be fixed for only 65 dollars so I will have backup glasses.

Great experience everytime I go. Office staff always welcoming. Dr. Ali is caring thorough and answers all my questions. Definitely recommend.

Staff at front desk are rude for noreason and they act extra stuck up as if there someone.... I wouldnt recommend this place based on that.... Treat others how you want to be treated....
