Very rude reciponist and people at the front desk. Didn't even get a chance to meet the doctors. The ladies at the front desk were enough for me to go elsewhere.

i made an appointment for for family 30 days in advance.took a day off from work for that appointment . all our information were taken including birth dates . two days before our appointment date , they called and said they cant take my son because he's 6 years old . and they make it sounded like it was my fault . I ended up cancelling the whole appointment . look some where else for eye care needs . this people will disappoint you . mark my word

I'm from Houston Texas, I'm in windsor for training (17 days). I was running out of contacts and contacted these guys to see if it was possible to get free trials. They were more than willing to help. I asked for 2 days worth and ended up with 5 days worth. Amazing, because they didn't have to do this.

The sad truth is, if a person has a bad experience they are much more apt to leave a comment than someone who had a good experience....That being said here's my two cents......I had a very plain experience with the people at the reception desk.....Not great but by no means bad. Once I saw the doctor (Dr. James Pasternack) things were great....Not only did we have a great conversation about things out of the realm of eye care, but, we also had a great conversation about the reason for my visit....I left feeling assured about my eyes and the insights he provided. I also got my glasses here the optician was very competent and because of the great eyecare plan at work my total cost was zip, zilch, nada.... :) (A savings of $900+)

I have been using this eye care group for several years as advised by my General Practitioner. They have always been kind, answer all my questions, have been very thorough...and helpful. My prescriptions have always been spot-on. When my first Dr. retired, I was a little worried, but my new eye doctor, Dr. Pasternak is awesome and seems to be very caring and kind. Now my whole family goes to this practice and we're all pleased with the service.
