Well...not sure what appointments are for?...It is 4:25 pm...my appointment was at 2:45 pm and have I seen a doctor? Wait for it...wait for it...That would be...ahh....NO!

The doctor made me feel that my health concerns were illegitimate. Never have I felt like more of an inconvenience and waste of a doctors time. Their disdainful attitude and annoyance at my presence was palpable throughout the checkup.

I have never been seen for my appointment until 30 minutes past the scheduled time. They have incorrectly billed for my appointments several times. I just called and spoke to someone in the billing department and she was rude and dismissive throughout the phone call. The actual vision exams have been fine.
