I move to Dallas Texas last month I broke my eye glasses sleeping in they re order in mail them to Texas to me they gave me tracking number in communication was great I’m so grateful they sent out Monday I just receive them today is Thursday thanks so much I finally can see again five star

I went to NECO eye care earlier this week and had a rough experience. My appointment was 2.5 hours and at the end of this time period my eyes were too dilated to properly choose my new eye glasses. HOWEVER--despite this frustration, I received a call this morning from a lovely woman named Ina who personally apologized for my experience. She told me to go back into the eye facility and pick out a new pair of glasses as a courtesy for my frustrating time. As a patient, the most important thing for me is to feel like my voice is heard. I'm so grateful for Ina and Victoria (who personally helped me pick out my glasses today) for listening to me. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Ina and Victoria!

I scheduled my appointment on or about nov 8th. On dec 4th they are now canceling it and trying to push it now to jan or for me to get a similar appoint feb. This is ridiculous and they just randomly chosen a date in jan without confirming or matching the appointment they canceled. Horrible customer service

I have had excellent service and support from NECO Roslindale, and they were patient and attentive as I obsessed for weeks over which frame to choose! When some bifocals were made with the line too low to be useful, they re-made the lenses cheerfully and promptly.
