No one their to pickup the call. when you want to set up the appointment for eye checkup. You have to drive directly there to the place.

Went in for an appointment at 10am. First the lady didn't know how to check me in. Then i sat down to wait to over hear other patients complaining they been waiting over an hour. Here it is 11:10 and i still not have seen yet. Staff members can be seen around talking about thier memorial weekend and what they did, instead of taking care of their patients that are walking in for their appoinment. So unprofessional there. not ever going back to lynn community health center at 20 central st they are just as bad as the original Lynn community health center on union st.

Never pick up the phone put on hold for half an hour and they finally picked she hangs up on me. She didn’t even answer she just hang up and when. Get there the clinic was empty and she literally setting right there doing nothing and when someone calls they MUTE patients phone calls and I was asking myself what do they really do all Day??? Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED and DISGUSTED

I called on the dot when they where suppose to open and was told my wait time is 30 seconds.... I waited for more than 30 minutes before the call disconnected. And this is not the first time, One time I called and was on hold for awhile to the point I decided to go down to their office. Luckily I live close by at the time. A Got in my car drove to the clinic had time to park the car and walked in the office while still on hold I waited in line and notice the phones were not ringing and no one was on the phone with anyone else. When I was next in line I told the lady to look at my phone, look at the phone number and look at the time I have been on the phone. She didnt understand because none of the phone where ringing at all for the the amount of time I was on hold. She later told me that the fault is the operators which is in another building in the city and that they dont forward the calls for that they dont do a good job of it. The problem still persists till this day.
