Wonderful Staff, wonderful selection of frames. Beautiful Store!

Great service. They accept MassHealth and have samples of their glasses too.

worst experience with glasses! Glasses gave me a terrible headache then went back and they reduced it but now the bad eye sees blurry. The frame wasn't adjusted to my face at all, one of my friends noticed it and I didn't feel like going back. Looking at the screens puts so much strain on my eyes, even though I paid extra to have the special coating. I use my old glasses made by a real professional for screen time. I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL

Overpriced, self-important, and over-medicalized. Honestly go to Warby Parker's storefront in Harvard Square where they charge 1/4 of the price for basically the same glasses but with frames, lenses, anti-glare, anti-scratch, etc all included; unlike the extra $100 this place charges just for anti-glare. Also at Warby Parker for every pair you buy they donate a pair to charity. I didn't think of it at the time, but in hindsight won't be going to this place again. The background: Bought new glasses (admittedly in a hurry) but no one fit my head or cautioned me that being snug could be uncomfortable all day every day. After two weeks wanted to return the too-tight frames and get new frames (expecting I would have to repay for new lenses). Called and they said coldly, "No we don't have a return policy." ...OK, cool beans, not really helping me solve my root problem. After visiting WP I thought dang, wish I thought to come here first - the same glasses I paid $400 for could have been $100.

Very thorough. Up to date technology and helpful.

Awful place and the worst staff I have ever seen!! I bought a pair of glasses and contact lenses from them more than a month ago. They charged me over $1000 (since my glasses numbers are high) and I haven't received my glasses and contacts yet. Every time I call them they say your order will be ready next week by this day. I have been calling them every week to see what happened to my order. Mirna who is the office manager in their Belmont location is terribly rude. After a month she called me and said I am giving you options! Either wait for another week (God knows if she doesn't lie again!) or we can refund you! My current glasses have a big scratch on it which causes a headache every day. They charged me more than $1000 and now say if you don't wanna wait we can refund you. Big disappointment!

Dr. Dickerman provides careful prescriptions with a pragmatic approach that provides correctness along with flexibility to your needs. Max, out on the floor with the frames, will take the time you need and pay close attention, proving knowledgeable guidance on what frames and lenses will work best. The combination of these two professionals has provided me more use from my glasses than I have had in years. They got me through the struggles of the transition into progressive lenses. Now I can see the leaves on the trees in the distance AND with the same glasses I can read my phone, read a menu and see my food on my plate! If you have not been, the Belmont Street office of Harvard Square Eye Care is a beautiful, welcoming and serene, new addition to their offices.

Excellent care. I'll be doing the dilation at the Harvard Square office and expect to experience the same high quality service.

I have gone here 3 times now, in 3 years. Excellent, warm, friendly, professional help. Very knowledgeable, helpful in trying to reduce costs. I recommend them highly.

Great people and great service. I have a difficult prescription and they have not messed up once in the last 6 years that I've been going there.
