Terrible customer service. The eye doctor would not provide the full eye glass prescription, and refused to see me when the prescription they gave came out wrong 2x. I ordered glasses direct from my insurance company, FPE eye gave me the incorrect PD twice, and then stated it was "beneath the DR to handle these measurements", that I had to speak to the Optical Department (who gave me the wrong information 2x)....I consulted a second opinion, who stated I should have them read my PD in each eye separately, when I tried to ask FPE to do this and if I could have the DR check it, they dropped me as a client. Apparently if you ask difficult questions you get dropped. Thx I'll take my money elsewhere, to a competent Dr. that can provide accurate information.

Forest Park Eye Care has been very good for my needs. When ever I have an emergency like a piece of metal in my eye they have taken me right in on the spot and gave me exceptional service. Dr Haradon makes you feel like you are in good hands and I believe because you are. Thank you Forest Park Eye Care for being there and serving my needs.

One of Their front desk staffs hung up the phone in my face when I asked why she was so rude. Their staff have no patience or interest in talking to anyone. Very unprofessional

One star is too many. I ordered a pair of prescription Maui Jim sunglasses because I knew they had a great return/repair policy. The frame broke after 2 years and when I sent my glasses back to Maui Jim for repair, they told me my "provider has taken a regular Maui Jim frame and put another type of prescription lense into our frame which compromised our frame." Forest Park Eye Care never told me they were using their own lab for my sunglasses...very dishonest! I went back to them and explained the situation and that I just wanted my frames repaired for what it would cost for Maui Jim to repair them and they refused. I suggested they be more honest with their customers before I left with my still broken glasses.

Everytime you call to talk to the optical it goes to voicemail you leave a voice that's important and no calls back. They could never seem to find my right Mass health

I would NOT recommend this place Thay take toooo long to do the glasses Ive been waiting over 10 weeks and nothing yet. And when you call they always put you in hold for a really long time or the just hang off. My recommendation is not to go there.

The staff whom I spoke with order glasses without an optometric exam or my consent and had it charged to the insurance. They took no responsibility for it. I would give them 0 star if I could.

Ii dont know if its because they mostly deal with the unfortunate crowd, or if its got to do with the leadership. The uncomfortable tense and unfrendly to say the list staff makes me feel unwanted and unimportant. They speak loud and fast. Dont give you time to answer or listen to answer or understand. The talk in an ordering manner assuming you can follow them fast. The soctor could be knowlagable but when i ask an out of the ordinery question their terrible attitude gets even worse. Last time i was there couple of days ago. I contracted an infection on my eyelid. I know i disnt have it when i went there. Now why would i want to have them check the infection at all . They caused it. Im writing this knowing they will read it. And take big time measures to change their unhealthy approach.
