Doctor is wonderful, but receptionist are horrible at customer service. Receptionist was rude because I expressed being put on hold for 20 minutes is unreasonable when just calling to see if order had come in, was told they are busy and short staffed, drove to location and only one customer in store. Within a minute the new receptionist (who was training) was able to get the order that had been sitting there for 2 weeks... while I was asking why I was never called the receptionist that was on the phone with me prior said, they were busy and short staffed and that was why I was on hold. She then began to complain to me to the 1 customer in the store in Portuguese, mind you I understood her. When I asked her what she was saying, she laughed it off... now I get why they are short staffed... Dont like dealing with people then you shouldn't be working in customer service. Too bad such a great doctor has such uneducated and rude receptionists.

Just went for my first eye appointment ever. I was really nervous about it, but they were great about explaining what was going to happen. Dr. Rabideau is simply a peach. Absolutely love her!

The doctor was great. They did a fine job. The optical was helpful except I didnt like the bifocals. They do change the lense if youre not happy with them . That was a plus.

The worst experience I’ve ever had here! My eye doctor went on maternity leave right after giving me the wrong prescription and the ladies in the from took it apon them to change my contacts at their discretion giving me over a month of wrong contacts that I told them were painful. Now to return my contacts it takes two months to be refunded. Will NEVER be back!

My son and I came to this place to get our eyes checked. The front desk staff greeted us with kindness professionalism and great hospitality. Angelica who brought us back to prep for doctor was very thorough and very good at what she did. After the eye exam was done we went to look at the glasses and Teresa was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to go here in the future.

Horrible. And they will loose way more patients than just me and my 3 kids, only because the receptionist. She passed to me that she was doing me a favor for booking my appointments. She looks miserable, like hates her job, I really like the doctors, but can't pass through reception. So won't go back.

Dr Rabideau is nice and does a good job. The office is good- usually have a 15-20 min wait time for scheduled appointments. The glasses are expensive even with insurance you can get them cheaper & quicker online. And yes they do turn their phones off before closing so good luck trying to call them in the last 30 mins. The reason I chose the office to begin with was they had Saturday appointments which they got rid of.

Went in for my routine eye exam and my experience was AMAZING!! This was my first time at Eye Health. The manager greeted me with a smile right when I walked in !!! The technician and the doctor were professional.They provided me with exceptional care!! Please ignore the negative reviews and go see for yourselves.You will NOT be disappointed.

I'm guessing your a bunch of skackers considering your website and answering machine says you are open till 5p and I call at 4:30p and you're closed..I will gladly go elsewhere!!

This place is awful, and they always close early and don’t accept calls, I had a simple question and I tried calling them 10 minutes before they closed, the phone rang for a little bit then I got an automated recording saying they were closed, I called again and it went straight to the automated recording again, therefore when I was calling that’s when they decided to close the phone lines, all I wanted to ask was if they keep records of patients prescriptions and if I could pick up a copy tomorrow

I went in for my annual eye exam and I was very pleased with the experience. I was in and out quite quickly and my tech Sandra was absolutely amazing. She was super pleasant and friendly talking me through each part of the exam until I saw the doctor, who was also lovely. Overall, great experience.
