I had my annual eye check up last week at Eye Health Services. I was welcomed immediately by the front desk staff member Donna. . I was only seated for 5 minutes when the associate, Chris, called me in. She was sweet, professional & very thorough. Next my doctor came in to do further tests. I checked out with my prescriptions & Donna once again greeted me. She noticed an error on my chart & fixed it. Overall the service & staff were wonderful. Thank you Eye Services!

One of the nurses/techs scratched my glasses while examining me. She pushed one of the eye blocking things towards my face and wacked the left lens. I checked it out while waiting for the doctor. When I told her about it she said she could have optics check them during my *next* follow up. I asked what they could do if they did find the scratch and she said she didn't know and that she felt "awkward". I clean my glasses with a disposable lens tissue every day. This new scratch is the *only* scratch on either of my lenses. I have a feeling they are just going to shrug their shoulders at me. After I'm done with my current issue I will find a different place to go.

Wouldn't recommend going here if you need to be somewhere the entire day. Sat in waiting room for more than an hour and a half after the appointment should have started. Awful.

Waited 45 minutes for initial "technician" exam, then 1.75 hours for my doctor to do the "final" exam. Inexcusable. Oh, and they lied to me about not being "allowed " to measure my pupillary distance, telling me I needed to visit the eye glass shop across the hall. This against Massachusetts statutes. Bad place.

very rude staff, you call main number, stay on hold and going through different options, phone rings for good 5-10 minutes. first attempt nurse hung up on me, called again and was on hold for 10 minutes, she was very rude and dismissive, without even checking calendar she kept saying they do not have any appointment and wanted me to call Weymouth office. i called them twice and phone kept ringing until it got disconnected. don't waste your time here

Excellent eye health care. Kind, professional, well educated and up to date. I have used these doctors for years, visiting different offices from Pembroke to the Cape to Crown Colony in Quincy. I am well pleased with every part of their care and have recommended them to family members. Oh, ...and they have beautiful free calendars every year!!!, but that is just a side perk.
