Awesome! Highly recommend. I had an eye exam and glasses and contact prescription. Dr. Rong was so professional and nice. She was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly, I had about a dozen questions. She gave me really good suggestions on different contacts since my old brand was bothering me and I couldn't be happier with this new brand. The two lady's at the front desk were also very nice and friendly. I forgot my insurance card and they found my information without any issue, it made my day. They were also very well organized.

Front desk girls are so unprofessional and soon as you enter some weird smell starts coming. They also keep want you to order glasses or contacts through them n doesn’t like it when you don’t and also doesn’t seem to want to give you your prescription. The doctor isn’t professional and keep you waiting even though there r no other patients ahead of you. I don’t recommend this place one bit to anyone. Save your time going there.

Dr. Rong was really great, super sweet and really helpful. However, her receptionist was really pushy and rude. she kinda bullied me into buying something out of my price range and was super sarcastic. She pulled up a chair and I asked, "Can I sit here?" and she said, "Well what do you think I moved it for?" She also wouldn't look away from her computer when I walked up and I had to wait for her to notice me. I wish I had read the reviews before going, the place is located really closely to my house but like I said, the receptionist made me feel uncomfortable. Joanna if you're reading this, get an attitude adjustment, most of the negative reviews online are about you.

Although I cannot speak to the optician services (I wear contacts), I did go there for an optometrist visit and Dr Bing Rong was excellent. I found the exam and contact fitting to be fairly priced and extremely thorough. The receptionist was very courteous and professional. I was not made to wait for my appointment. I would highly recommend this office.

I'm a bit disappointed about the customer service and warranty. I started having issue with my frame since just about a year. One of the arm doesn't hold to its position anymore. I went to the store try to find out if they have any warranty from manufacturer. I can sense the apathy the moment I tell her about my issue. The frontdesk girl siad it's normal wear and tear and not cover before she even ask when I bought it. I asked patiently about warranty details. And she cannt give me no detail other than there's nothing she can do. Now I have to buy a new frame which my insurance company won't cover. Also, I paid more than 200 out of pocket for the glasses. Now they are wasted. Now I have to squeeze money for my new glasses.

Went in to get my eyes checked I was early so I had the pleasure to have a fun conversation with Johena(sorry If im misspelling her name) but she was very sweet, we spoke about her cute turtle that she just got adopted. I really did appreciate the conversation because it was not like other offices you just sit and be bored while the miserable minutes kill you. Dr. Rong was very nice the exam went great. I also had Johena help me with my eyeglasses and she was very knowledgeable she knew what she was talking about and that made me very comfortable. I very much like her honesty and professionalism when it comes to her knowing her stuff.

I became a patient of Dr. Rong's this past summer and I am very happy I chose her. She was absolutely great and very thorough. She set up this skeptic with multi-focal contacts which worked so much better than I expected with very little time needed to adjust. I found Sandra to be great as well, helping me through the process of picking out a pair of frames that I am very comfortable with and have since received many compliments on. I frequently stop for lunch at the establishment next door and Sandra ALWAYS recognizes me and says hello.

I was in a few weeks ago for an eye exam and there was a new women at the desk, let me start with She likes to talk and she talks a lot. This is my first time seeing her there and it was not fun. She was helping someone with glasses and she just was to pushy . I had met another girl before this one who was very nice around May super cute i can't remember her name but Blond hair, big brown eyes very lovely. I hope she hasn't quit because that's just a loss for this company.

One of the headlined reviews was taken out of context. Saying "she rolls her eyes" and whatnot, but they were talking about a receptionist. This doctor is fantastic and polite. She found what other optometrists could not, my vision has never been better, and as shy as I am, I still remember the pleasant conversation with her. Having said that, I agree that the receptionist could've been a bit friendlier. Fortunately, that was a small fraction of my visit.

This was my first experience at Eye Care Optics. Had been to several other places in the area and all treated me like a number... in and out barely knew my name. But Dr. Rong and Sandra were different. I had a new prescription and needed new glasses. Sandra took the time to help me find frames and worked with me on finding something I could afford. When I was indecisive she helped me narrow down my choices as to what looked best on me. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. They told me they would take 10 days to arrive approx. because they were progressives and I received the call in 7 days that they were in. Dr. Rong spent alot of time with me adjusting to make sure I had the perfect fit. Very kind, patient and caring. I am now a patient for life. I would highly recomment them to anyone. I will never go anywhere else. Give them a try you won't be sorry.

I completely agree with the other reviewer "Jim". Dr. Bing Rong is extremely polite and pleasant to talk to. She always asks how I am doing, family, work, .... I like to go there just for that after a long day at work. Unfortunately, her receptionist is by far the worse and unprofessional. A few times, they made me feel uncomfortable there. I usually don't buy contact in the office after my eye exam. The price they offer is double what I pay for online, and I have to come back to the office and pick it up. Online order, the price is cheaper and the company sends straight to my house. It is very convenience. The receptionist usually makes it difficult or almost refuse to give me the prescription. It is a strange environment.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rong's for more than a decade now. I even followed her from lenscrafters to her new new practice because she was so great. Having said that, one of her receptionists is extremely rude and disrespectful and makes the whole experience rather uncomfortable. A specific example..After I explained my insurance takes care of my co-pay, she refused to accept that and bullied me into paying cash, which I did in order to diffuse the situation. The same visit I wanted to get my prescription for glasses(not glasses themselves because they are far too expensive at an optometrist) and she refused to give me my prescription unless I purchased the glasses through them. She rolls her eyes right in your face and makes rude remarks with an awful tone. I've been a patient of Dr. Rong's since I first needed glasses, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere now

I love the team here. They took care of me and my eyes. I would recommend them to ANYONE. I've never met a crew more welcoming especially Dr. Bing Rong and Ms. Johena at the front desk. At first I was a bit nervous about going to someone new but as soon as I walked through the door Johena was there to welcome me and give some background information about the optometrist. That immediately put me at ease. Dr. Rong is very thorough with her work, which I truly appreciate and I did not feel rushed to choose my eye wear. She is an absolute gem. Walked in without an appointment and was welcomed warmly by Sandra's smiling face. She helped me try on glasses and provided honest feedback, and even offered to note my file so I could order them during my upcoming scheduled appointment. From start to finish she has been amazing, and super helpful every step of the way. Sandra has left me with a lasting impression with her funny voicemails and fun atmosphere she's created in the office. Since visiting a few months ago, I've referred all of my friends to Eye Care Optics and would highly recommend to anyone. Very nice place to get your eye exam done. They are on time, and you go through all the tests very thoroughly. The Doctor is really good. They also carry a large choice of glasses. Take your time to browse their inventory.
