Eye Care Northeast was able to schedule me quickly, provided service right on time and made the visit delightful with the use of cutting edge equipment. Dallas and Rachel were informative, explaining each and every procedure, took time to complete their exams and Dr. Mantelli was very helpful providing care and recommendations. Prompt service, skilled optical clinicians, excellent facilities in an easy to access location.

They were a tad slow when we went there today because they're a couple emergency happening in the back. The staff was very kind and told us that we can reschedule if we want to because it can be a 45 minutes wait, but we're always welcome to stay. They apologize for the delay. We stayed and after 35 minutes of waiting, my son was seen. It's a nice facility and they're not always this behind. But they were nice enough to give us an option. Wonderful staff!

This guy is so good that he gets the newest stuff, most recent improvements first along with maybe 25 other Opthalmologists in the U.S.

If I could give this place less than 1-star I would. The office is incredibly small and cannot hold many ptients at one time, yet they overbook patients and you end up waiting hours to get in. Whoever is managing this place is doing an AWFUL job. They have about 10 people working, doing the job of maybe 5. Clearly, all of the problems fall directly on very poor management. I wouldn’t trust the manager to run a fast food restaurant.

Great local eye care! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they have a shop on the side that works with people for glasses prices and, to help them if they have issues with them down the road. 10/10

I had an appointment in the winter, they canceled. We had an appointment in june (it takes months to get in) then they say I canceled. Could be, I do all my customer appointments in the spring and summer (including some meetings in China) then I get a letter saying they were dropping me as a patient because I didn't reschedule fast enough. So it's ok for them to cancel on me but not ok when my business travel ties me up? Good riddance I don't need to pay their expensive fees to deal with all the drama from unpleasant people like this. Do yourselves a favor and find another eye doctor with employees who are easy to deal with. I was a customer there like 20 years. Business must be good to throw away customers.
