Five stars for the staff and physicians here. They are caring and efficient. Two stars for the optical shop. There's one employee who goes out of her way to make it seem you are interrupting her day when she is there to sell frames and services. Have to process a different insurance company? She'll make sure to let you know it's your fault for having insurance that's "difficult". Want to have glasses you didn't purchase there adjusted (which, staff at the Dr. office said would be no problem)? She'll make sure to let you know that she may break them and the glasses you bought are inferior. Want her to help you pick out glasses when your pupils are dilated? Fat chance - you'll need to wander around blindly trying to find the men's frames. It seems that every time I go in she's the only one available and goes out of her way to make your experience as unpleasant as possible. It seems the other employees there are very nice, but I've struck out twice now with her.

I went here a while back when I was at their rt 18 location in Weymouth and the doctor I got doctor rizkalla was terrible. I talked to him about my concern with my eyes and he spoke to me as if I had a mental disorder or a little girl. And he also never followed up with me after se sent me in town to mass eye and ear. So it discouraged me to seek more treatment. So many years later I figured I'd try the place again so I called and made an appointment only to go in on the time and day I was supposed to be scheduled I wasnt even in the system apparently the receptionist never put me in the system. So the receptionist when I got there made another appointment for me only to find out when I got home they gave me the same doctor I told them I didn't want to see. Plus they were very stuck up and unprofessional when I walked In. So I've decided to make my appointments elsewhere

Dr. McHamm is very efficient, caring and helpful. EHS is now in a beautiful new building.
