Services very bad also they don’t do profesional service they treat patients very rude with no respect plus communication problem they don’t give the right information to the paciente very confusing the operation call not suppose to be there she hung up on patients she talk rude with patients.

I met with the front desk 3 months a go to make an appointment for the vision department. She said she has to contact my insurance and will send me a letter when I’m in the system. I received the letter 3 months later. I then called to make an appointment, the phone rang exactly one time and then next thing you know I was on the system voicemail. I left a voicemail with name and phone number and no one reach back to me for 2 days. Called several times again, phone rang exactly one time and was put on voicemail again. Left a voicemail with name and phone number AGAIN, and no one reach back to me. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 weeks!!! I don’t have time to drive to the clinic just to make an appointment....horrible service.

So unprofessional the staffs on the front desk and the dentist. They treat other races differently besides Spanish. The doctor yelles at patient saying you don't come regularly for cleaning but if you go to front desk they say "we will send letters we can not schedule any appointments." They don't send letters on time, they put patients on waiting list again and you will get an appointment every year. Recommended to go to this clinic only if your Latino. Had an awful experience this morning. Not sure if I would want to go back to this clinic. They probably don't care because they have so many other patients.

Awful snide rude reception staff. Specifically the younger receptionists. Idiots also dont accept credit card payments over phone....
