Poked in the eye with a laser. One of these guys made my eyes worse with bad prescriptions. Torn cornea.

Cannot keep appointment times. Been here twice in last two weeks, 1 hour wait minimum both times. Pathetic "service" even for healthcare. Go elsewhere, worth the drive

Craig Conover

Waited an hour for the appointment and still waiting to finish up unfortunately. I think the worse part is I overheard one of assistants say to someone this kind of waiting is normal. That's concerning because management is not interested in fixing the issue. Drove an hour away for this appointment.

Very professional staff as well as knowledgable physicians

They didn't answer the phone for me only way to speak with someone was when they returned phone calls. Long wait times, and they no longer wanted me as a patient because I don't have vision insurance anymore. When they returned my first phone call they had appointments available this week and without insurance it would cost $171 for an eye exam, 30 minutes later When they returned my 2nd phone call an eye exam cost $270 and the soonest was 2 weeks out.

Saw Dr. Diane Singer yesterday with a sudden, unexpected eye inflammation. Dr. Singer was totally professional, competent and friendly, working with me to prescribe a medication which local pharmacies stocked. The reception staff fit me into a busy day and could not have been nicer. It's a great place, highly recommended.

Had an appointment scheduled to get fitted for contacts with them for two weeks. I get there and it takes them (not exaggerating) 30 minutes to figure out if my insurance covers the visit. They can't figure it out and give up in the end. I wait another 20 for the doctor to come in, he briefly checks my eyes and says the visit is over. I'm then told that they didn't schedule me to get fitted for contacts at all, but just to get my prescription updated (my old prescription was not expired). So really glad I took a day off work to pay for something I didn't want or need while still unclear if my insurance was supposed to cover it. Go somewhere else.

My app’t was at 1:15 . I left that Pittsfield office at close to 3 pm. The majority of time was spent in the waiting room with eyes dilated. I have been a patient of Dr. E’s for many years and have grown accustomed to his manner(s) or lack of. This visit may have been my last. I find his presence bordering on rude and the length of time spent waiting for a very routine exam unacceptable. Someone needs to take a good look at the booking situation.

quick appointment, excellent service and results

On my last appt. I had to wait over 3 hours to spend 15 minutes with Dr Orlando who was in a rush to get to next patient (or leave)!! Today I mentioned it at reception desk and found the person I spoke with to be defensive and confrontational. I was not happy with the response.

Had a great experience with Robert Slade who was very professional and knowledgeable. Waiting for my new glasses.

Jay Ivey

Very Good overall. Long wait times, but nice big waiting room that needs a lot more magazines and maybe some TV going. Free parking. Needs better selection of different colors, more modern frames.
