After being referred and trying 3 weeks to get a appointment for my 2 yo daughter, we have chosen to find another Dr. We were told to call if we didn't hear after 5 days, we have been calling every 2 days since the 5 days past. we get no answer or we are told we will be called back that day. After 5+ times of this happening we have had enough.

The most inept and unqualified office I've ever witnessed. Waited and hour and 15 mins and finally walked out. When I went up multiple times to see when my daughter was next they kept telling me "soon". Finally at the 1hour and 15 mark I went up to tell them I'm leaving the secretary said "oh! Your still here?" Then they said the doctor will be on vacation for three weeks ( three weeks before school starts). Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Office is extremely inefficient, poorly managed, disorganized and inept. When I complained, they stated that it was because they were going through a transition because of a doctor whom retired. They also stated this was because they recently adapted electronic record keeping and were having a challenge.This, however has been the case especially for the past year. Calls are not returned, and when patients/clients call into the office they are faced with a very poor attitude and rudeness. Just because this a physicians office they do not have the right to poorly treat their clients. The only reason that I continue to remain with the practice is that I have been a patient for many years, and wish to remain with my doctor, whom is solid. So whenever I have an appointment I must take ten deep breaths to prepare for the aggravation. If you're not a patient yet,do yourself a favor, and decide if it's worth the effort.~

Called to cancel and because they couldn't reach me cause they had my house number which was disconnected they made it so I can't go back there ever and my son needs to see a eye specialist and the dr there is the only specialist for children around I now have to go all the way out to boston
