I had a great experience at All Eye Care Doctors. I just recently moved to Boston from Houston and I wasn't aware of medical and insurance system here. I do carry BCBS insurance. They explained me very well about my insurance coverage and medical system. First of all I went to this place at 7 pm at closing time and Dr. I allowed me to come (which is very uncommon nowadays specially if you are a new patient) and did the full check up for my eye infection issue and spent decent time in doing diagnostics and explaining me the situation. In fact in 24 hrs condition I started feeling much better which I wasn't expecting. She knows the best. I felt like I have known Dr.I for a long time even though it was my first visit. Her staff is very friendly too. They always welcome you with smile regardless of how busy they are or how many patient they have which is definitely a plus point. Oh they would not let you forget about your appointment and doing a great job in follow up with you. Another plus point is they would work with your schedule. I was not able to make up my follow up visit due to work load and they did a great job in rescheduling with my earliest convenient time. I would definitely recommend anybody to go visit Dr I. She would explain you the best in layman term without using very doctorate terms so you would understand your eye physical condition very well instead of googling or assuming medical terms that you would have never heard before. I was very impressed with my experience and I would definitely consider Dr. I as my primary Eye Care Doctor for sure.

I was impressed with all aspects of my visit to All Eye Care. The office is modern, with open and practical lay out which enabled me to browse the wide selection of frames easily. The staff was extremely knowledgable and accommodating, they helped me with selection of frames without being pushy. Dr.I gave me a comprehensive eye exam and fitted me for both glasses and lenses. I was impressed with the equipment and thought the exam was way more comprehensive than what I am used to at Costco. WOW!! What an amazing place! Ultramodern, with very cool, designer eyeglasses and fantastic staff. Dr. I was extremely professional and nice. I came over with my 10-old daughter, and we were a little worried about having her pupils dilated, since last time we did that, it took a very long time to come back to normal. Dr. I explained everything and really worked with us to get accurate measurements without dilating pupils. She is very knowledgeable and super nice with kids (especially scared, image concerned tweens). We will definitely come back!

Her staff is extremely helpful and professional. There is a great selection of glasses frames and contacts. It was years since I had my eyes tested and decided All Eye Care Doctors looked like a good place to finally do so. Scheduling was so easy, and the store is very clean and quite nice looking. The employees though, that’s where this office really earns the 5 stars. I’ve never had such a pleasant and fun doctors appointment before coming here. I have glasses I absolutely love and help me see so much better, but the experience was really the best part. I had an amazing time here at All Eye Care Doctors. I was very nervous walking in due to the reviews, but came in because of their frame selection and because they take my VSP vision insurance. I was greeted by Casey who was super professional and a great person to work with! She was incredibly consultative, had a great customer service skills, and is someone that isn't pushy. She is by far the best person that I've worked with. I was choosing between two glasses, one of which was Tom Ford at $420 or the other at $125 for Kate Spades. The receptionist also gave their opinions as well as the optician and they were all very friendly. Great service, great selection, and overall a nice office! Update: so I put my deposit in and decided that I no longer wanted frames and wanted contacts instead. Although I felt terrible because I spent about 2 hours at the office, I wanted to go through them for contacts. Dr. I was super friendly and they were able to refund me the 125 without any hassle. Overall I am happy and will have a hard time choosing between this office and the office I normally go to in Woburn.

Always slow and behind schedule. Both times I visited I waited at least another hour. One time after already waiting for a while, someone walked in, said they needed to make a birthday dinner and was seen during my time slot and I got pushed back again. The doctor also spent way too much time chatting nonsense with the rest if the staff, leaving me waiting in the room long enough that I had to go fetch her myself. Will not be going back. Unprofessional service.

After a great recommendation from my coworker, I decided to make an appointment for a checkup and to renew my contacts. It was very easy to book an appointment online, and I was able to book an appointment right away. I did not have to wait at all once I got to the office and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about caring for my eyes. Dr. Idrizovic instantly made me feel at ease, and even allowed me to try out a variety of new contacts before deciding on my purchase. I would highly recommend this eye care doctor to anyone. They have a wide selection of contacts and glasses, and the staff is very friendly and competent in what they do.

Great staff and superb facility. I decided to visit All Eye Care after a poor experience at another eye doctor. All Eye Care has a state of the art facility, new equipment, and a great selection of eyewear. What impressed me the most was that a free follow up appointment was provided. I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts for 15 years, visited a dozen different eye doctors, and this is the first business to offer a follow up. I’m glad they did, because after revisiting, the doctor noticed I needed a slightly stronger prescription than the original contacts they suggested I get. This is a great place.

The selection of frames is AMAZING ranging from basics such as Ray Ban to high-end selections such as Prada, Fendi & most importantly, Tom Ford. Tom Ford optical frames are extremely hard to find in optical stores due to Tom Ford having such strict policies for who gets to sell their product; they have to actually approve the location that they are being sold in, so you know it's a top-notch place if they've got them! Aside from the great selection of frames and sunglasses, the timeliness in which you receive your products, whether that be ordering contacts or getting new frames, is remarkable! Both times I have bought a new pair of frames they were ready within 1-2 days MAX. In terms of ordering contacts, you can either get them delivered to the store which might be a day or so faster, or delivered to your home which is still super fast (received within 2-3 business days). Now the really important thing, the actual care you receive. Whether it's the receptionist, the assistants working the floor to help you choose your glasses, or the actual doctors themselves, all of the staff is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. I have been seen by multiple doctors, including Dr. Dzenana Idrizovic, with all of whom the professionalism and care is 100% consistent across the board. No matter which doctor you see, your care will be excellent. Also, just a side note, the cleanliness of this office is fantastic. It still looks brand new even though it's been fully functioning for 2+ years. One last, and one of the more important things for me, was the availability to get an appointment and the late hours they are open. It makes getting to the eye doctor so much less of a hassle! If you couldn't tell, they get an A++ from me!

I really had a great experience with All Eye Care Doctors!!! They have a great selection of frames, they have a good equipment for eye exams, and they are very professional and kind! Dr. Idrizovic is maybe a little "aggressive" but I like it... she has a great sense of humor and it was great talking to her! Instead, Ade is so sweeeeet!!! I would have talked to her for hours!!! And the whole staff is available and patient! Yes, patient!!! I am one of the most indecisive men on the Earth... and they never show impatience... Probably it's not the cheapest place for buying new glasses but the service is so good that it is definitely worth spending a little more money. And they accept VSP Insurance... that's so hard to find!!! Oh... and it's a great location: Station Landing in Medford... a lot of free parking!!!

Just wanted to let people know that both Jessica and Walid helped me. I went here specifically because they carry Silhouette rimless titanium eyeglasses. I had my previous pair for almost a decade and could not see myself wearing anything else. They both worked with me to find the style and options that worked best for me. I was so happy with the quality of service provided and the product that I decided to buy a pair of sunglasses too. This was my first pair of prescription sunglasses and I have no idea why I waited this long. I was waiting for a receipt and this pair of Maui Jim’s caught my eye and I could not say no. I found this place through my dental insurance. The doctor ended up being the same doctor I used to see when I was younger! For me, first impressions are very important. All Eye Care Doctors made a great first impression. The office is clean and well designed. The staff are personable and welcoming. Dr. I was attentive to all my needs, especially when I had to come in without an appt. for an urgent eye issue. During my contacts exam she gave me different types of contacts to try out until I decided which ones work best for me. Dr. I is available to answer questions via email also! Which is convinent for me and my work schedule. The staff and Dr. I answered all my questions and helped me whenever I needed help/had questions. Love this office! (And the extended hours are great too!)

Scheduled an exam online only to be bombarded with phone calls, texts, and emails to confirm or move the appointment multiple times. Last straw was when I was asked to move it several more times within 24 hours of my appointment and after being sent a text that I would be charged $50 if I didn't show up on time. This is my first review although I have been a regular customer since they opened. I wanted to check-in when I was surprised to find the rating was just about 2!! I read the reviews but realized that there were more than 30 5 star reviews that were not considered!! Don't know why? Compared to google reviews there is a huge discrepancy. From almost 5 star to 2. The location is convenient. The place is so clean. The staff are very professional and friendly. Dr I is so good and wants the best for me. She knows better, even though I was attached to my lenses. But she explained to me the differences and what harm it caused to my cornea. I would definitely recommend this place and will continue to go there.

I absolutely love this place. Dr. I is so nice, professional and so experienced! I have been wearing glasses for the past 22 years and have visited many ophthalmologists and optometrists. All Eye Care was by far the best experience ever! Dr. I will be my eye doctor from now on! And the selection of the frames and sunglasses is so great. All Eye Care has high end brands that you cannot find anywhere else and the prices are reasonable. I loved so many of them that it was very hard to decide on one pair... needless to say, I had to but two pairs of sunglasses. I highly recommend this place for quality of service and products.

Poor exam quality, poor customer service. Owner seemed nice but the sales persons are such a pain. Instead of telling me what I have, they keep asking what my former prescription was. They gave me the wrong prescription. After paying 300 for glasses, I was told that they could not even give me a copy of the specs of my glasses. Such a disappointment.

Before becoming her patient, I was told I couldn't wear contacts because of my condition, but she immediately prescribed them and I haven't looked back since. When she got her own clinic, I didn't hesitate to move my eye care out the the grungy, overcrowded office she used to have to work in to follow her to her shiny new clinic in Medford.She is always available to address my concerns and solve problems that may come up. I had an outstanding visit to All Eye Care on Tuesday. I was in town for a conference and had scheduled an appointment after my friend recommended AEC to me. The administrative staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. Each preliminary exam was efficient and thorough. Dr. Idrizovic took her time with the main exam and my many questions, without once seeming rushed or irritated. When I picked out frames, the staff was ready to recommend and respond to the different frames I tried on, so I am pretty sure I bought the most stylish and best-fitting frames I have had in a very long time, if ever. Thank you All Eye Care for making what could otherwise be a boring appointment a rewarding and fulfilling hour for my health.

Dr. Idrizovic and All Eye Care has been a phenomenal place to take care of my eyes. My first contact with them I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning (so great they are open on Saturday) with excruciating eye-pain. They figured out exactly what was wrong with me, gave the right diagnosis, and made sure that their treatment was going well. The receptionist are wonderful, they always call to remind you and trust me, if you go in enough they will remember exactly who you are and greet you with a smile every-time. In the span of 6 weeks I had to visit almost 16 times with an eye infection and ulcer, so I know the place well. If you happen to have a long wait, it's just a busy and tough day for me, Dr I. and the whole staff work really hard, sometimes skipping lunch break to make sure their patients are taken care of. Great place for all things vision, contacts, and glasses!

I needed to get a routine eye exam before the start of fall semester since I go to school in Boston and couldn't go back home to my usual doctor. I called and said I was sure if my health insurance had vision coverage and just asked for the total cost without insurance, but the front desk said they would call my insurance for me just in case and they would call me back to let me know what they found out. They called back within half an hour and told me that I was eligible for discounts! The staff here is super friendly and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good one. A bit pricey for a college student but definitely coming back since it's obviously a good investment for quality care and glasses.

Their staff is fun, knowledgeable, professional, personal, and actually found a way to save me even more money in addition to what my insurance covers. They also have a wide selection of designer brands and more affordable options, and I can easily say that almost everyone will have no trouble finding multiple pairs that they like. I never write reviews but i was blown away with the care that i received i'm indulged to. I needed to have an eye exam so i searched for one near my home and found All Eye Care, so i gave them a shot and was glad i did, i have a very tight schedule in my profession and they accommodated me better than any other eye dr. ever did, i decided to get contacts this time (first time contact wearer) Dr. Idrizovic took allot of time with my appointment trying to get my prescription perfect, also trying different lenses on and sent me on my way with trials to try (4 different brands). her main focus was to get me the most comfortable lens possible, there are allot of lens types and manufacturers out there, i was having issues with the initial trial lenses she provided so i called and spoke with Dr. Idrizovic and she asked me to come down for a new set of trials and when i arrived they were ready for me and she even took the time to have me sit down and check my eyes as well as double check the fitment which was fine, this time around i found the perfect set. Dr. Idrizovic is a very caring and proficient Dr, as well as her lovely staff. they remember me and call me by name as i walk in which i find to be great. (makes me feel like a friend and not just another patient) everyone told me not to buy contacts from the Dr's office as the prices are always higher, so i researched the costs to be prepared and when it came down to ordering contacts the prices she provided me were lower than online (huge bonus) give them a try , you will not be disappointed . Absolutely in love with my gorgeous new Bulgari glasses!!! The exam with Dr. I was very thorough and I appreciated her taking the time to explain the benefits of my new non drying tru eye contacts. The fact that they take my insurance was an added bonus (most of the places that take insurance do not carry such high end/stylish frames like all eye care - actually even the boutiques that don't take insurance don't have as nice of a collection!!) Long story short, I told them I was interested in black, cat eye frames and was given a choice of their 5 most beautiful black cat eye frames to pick from and they even helped me as I deliberated which one fit my face shape best. I felt like I got white glove service from the moment I walked in and I couldn't be happier with the end product :)! Even my husband loves my new glasses and he wanted to get a pair too after seeing mine (he ended up getting them too and Dr. I spotted a fault in his previous costco rx that had not been corrected in years!) We will be going back to Dr. I and All Eye Care as a family from now on for sure.

I’m so glad I found this place! Like most people, after a “certain age” I started using reading glasses to see close up. Dr. I worked with me and she creatively developed just the right prescription for my contact lenses. I did not think it was possible to see this well this close, and far without glasses! She also diagnosed and helped to improve my dry eye condition. She really cares about her patients and is great about explaining everything thoroughly. Her staff couldn’t be more friendly and professional. I was very pleased and impressed with the amount of time and attention I was given. Also, the location is a big bonus. This was my first time visiting this facility and I will absolutely be returning. I went to see Dr. I for an annual eye exam, after going to a chain for years. Not only did she correct my prescription which was a bit off, but she told me more information about proper care for my eyes than I had been told in the past. She was very friendly and personable, and explained everything. Once the eye exam was over I went out to pick out new frames and Dahlia was exceptionally helpful. She put up with my rejecting frame after frame until we found the perfect pair for sun glasses and eye glasses. Dr. I even came out and was helping out! The prices were high but that was only because of the frames I picked out and the brand. I saw some frames starting at $199. The customer service was great, both Dahlia and the other girl working there (did not get her name), and the space was clean, sleek and very trendy. I will absolutely be recommending this business to friends! Furthermore, my insurance was exceptionally difficult to deal with. The staff kept me informed as to what was going on and did everything they could for me including calling the insurance co. daily , keeping me in the loop, and finally putting me first as a customer over the insurance company. HIGHLY recommend!

I urgently needed a new pair of glasses before my big trip to overseas. Found Dr. Dzenana Idrizovic online with all the good reviews and decided to give her a try. The customer service was great, and by accommodating my limited time frame I got the appointment in two hours. The place looks sleek and trendy, and the staffing are all so friendly. Dr. Idrizovic is extremely nice, knowledgeable and thorough. I ended up having an eye exam and contact lens fitting/evaluation. I had some trouble the first night, so I emailed Dr. Idrizovic late at night. She responded back to me the next day showing sincere concern and care. She is so wonderful. I think I found the eye doctor for life. I will highly recommend her to everyone. I also want to mention two of the staffs, Ade and Matthew are so helpful and patient. Very helpful from the moment I walked through the door! The eye exam was very thorough and informative compared with past exams. I let them know of my concerns with my previous prescription and they changed the prescription accordingly and also explained the reasoning behind it. Casey was also super helpful and patient with me while I chose my frames. I am very particular and take my time but she made me feel comfortable. I went to this eye care doctor looking at the reviews. However after my experience with this place I am forced to write a review so that you are aware of the facts: * This clinic always has 3-4 front desk staff who are usually very rude (except for one). Not sure why. My guess is that they either are low paid staff or just don't like customers who ask many questions. * The doctor is always hurried to finish an appointment. Maybe there are patients who are waiting * Time management is very poor. Even if you are few minutes before schedule, you will HAVE to wait for at least 15-20 mins. * They charge you additional $39 for a eye picture (using a machine) instead of dilation which is the more traditional approach. Just because they have this machine, they charge $39 additional although you may be covered for the comprehensive exam through your insurance. They make you sign an additional paper for this (quite unusual!!)

All Eye Care is definitely an ALL STAR! I just had my second exam there today. Incredible service from start to finish! The reception staff is very helpful, kind and patient. As for Dr. Idrizovic: what a wonderful and caring professional, who explains everything in detail without any hesitation! She is the only doctor you have to fight off not to give you too many samples of contacts, and who on her own looks for the best possible deals for you to fit any budget. The equipment used to conduct the exams is all top notch new technology, as well. I must say that this is THE BEST experience I have ever had when it comes to eye care. Highly recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely be going back.

Don't bother. I made an appointment for 2:00 PM today. They called me Thursday to confirm the appointment. I went there today and they gave me bs about needing to confirm the day before and the day of my appointment. Is it really necessary to confirm an appointment 3 times? To add insult to injury, the doctor asked me to go to their other location which is only 10 minutes away. I may have been born at night, but not last night. NO THANK YOU. Not today, not ever again.

I had an eye infection about 4 months ago and couldn't get in to see my regular eye doctor. I drive by here everyday on my way home from work and figured I'd give it a shot. They took me right away and took their time with me. I was treated and they set up a follow up as well. With a day I had relief. I felt I received such personal care I choose to switch for my annual appointment as well. I wear contact and have for the past 12 years. Following my exam I was provided with samples of several different contacts to try so I could choose what was most comfortable. I had never been offered this opportunity before, it was an amazing approach and I am in the most comfortable lenses I've ever had!! I also got glasses as well. Their frame collection is high end, which I do like. I found that again, they spent a lot of time with me making sure I was happy with my selection. Everyone was so amazing here, I highly recommend it for EVERYONE!!

They were able to fit me in later that day. Dr Dzenana Idrizovic diagnosed me with an eye infection. She was nice and thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my eye. In addition, Dr Idrizovic went above and beyond to accommodate my vacation plans. Due to my diagnosis, Dr. Idrizovic wanted to monitor the healing process before leaving for my vacation. I recently went to All Eye Care Doctors in Medford for an eye exam, and could not have been more pleased with my experience. The staff was very friendly and even called my insurance company to look up account information for me. Dr. I was very knowledgeable, diagnosed a previously undetected astigmatism in one of my eyes, and determined my prescription for a new pair of reading glasses. The office is clean, neat, and has a great selection of frames. The location is convenient with easy parking. The restaurants and stores are nearby are great if you want to eat and shop before or after your appointment. I would highly recommend All Eye Care in Medford.

I visited All Eye Care to have debris removed from my eye which went great. I did a walk-in but I was NOT turn away. Dr. Idrizovic removed the debris and also treated my dry eye issue. I thought my red eyes were natural and didn't think I will ever see them clear again. They have great staff who are courteous, professional and friendly. They completed ruined my expectation. The front desk man is always a poker face, I don't feel welcomed there. My eye exam was done by an intern, who didn't even mention her name or title. What's worse, my wife's eye exam was done by a front desk woman. After the exam, it took me three weeks to get my glasses. My last hope was that they could fit the frame well to my face, but they completed failed the job. My frame was twisted, and looks so weird because it's so in un-symmetric (see the picture below).

I was so incredibly disappointed by this experience. I initially went in for an eye exam and specifically stated that I did not want a contact lens fitting. The doctor proceeded to do the lens fitting because she was too over-booked to glance down at my patient record and see that it was clearly written that I did not want a fitting. I was then forced into an awkward conversation of the doctor blaming the staff and guilt tripped into paying for the service when the doctor was the only one at fault. Along with the payment, a follow up was 'undeniable necessary' and after setting up my appointment for 6 pm.. I once again waited over an hour for the overbooked office staff to call my name. The doctor was also incredibly unprofessional and had other patient information up on her screen while I was in the examination room. Overall, I regret going to this business for my eye care needs will be certain to steer any friends away before potentially losing both their money and time.

William Shakespeare once said "The Eyes are the window to your soul". However, once Dr. Idrizovic gave me my initial exam last year, I discovered that the eyes are the window to any health problem you may have. Thank God, I am relatively healthy. I have worn glasses since I was in second grade and know the cost of frames and lenses; you really do get what you pay for. I absolutely love my $400.00 Silhouette frames; I just ordered a new pair today!! I can't wait. Ade is my girl and has remembered what I ordered last year, especially with some of the accessories I like. All Eye Care has some of the state of the art technology where as I mentioned in the first paragraph, they literally take pictures of your eye ball and can see what's going on in your eye; I was fascinated so much so I came back this year and dropped another $1190.00. I have been to so many optometrist over the years and I can honestly say that I feel welcomed when I go to All Eye Care, I trust their professionalism and will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants someone to look you straight in your eye and tell you what's going on with not only your prescription but who knows that you must be on cholesterol medication because of some spots in your eye. This place was great for my annual exam and I found a very nice pair of glasses a year ago at All Eye Care Doctors. However, the subsequent visits lacked clear objectives for the appointments where they just kept trying to sell me more of their products. I was told that I had hypoxic corneas and they needed to be monitored at my annual exam. So we scheduled a follow up visit to quickly look at those in a few more months. At the time of scheduling, I was told that my insurance should cover that visit and not to worry. During that visit I was pushed by one of the opticians to look at sunglasses even when I said no several times. I was also told I should buy a different daily wear contact lens instead (which I also declined because they are very expensive and I just bought contacts). The whole visit felt like a money grab and not genuine concern for my eye health. The third visit, I arrived and was then told that it would not be covered by insurance and the cost of this appt and my last appointment (all of 10 mins each) would cost $750! That is absolutely insane. I declined service for obvious financial concerns. No one apologized for this lack of information or was kind about my reason to decline service. I let them know that other health care professionals (pharmacists, primary care physicians, and dentists) will notify a patient of the potential out of pocket costs before scheduling unnecessary appointments with outrageous pricing.

I was out of town visiting Medford MA, I woke up with a very nasty and scary looking eye infection. I called the nearest spot I could find, expecting to have to call many places to get a last minute appointment. I was told All Eye Care Doctors were booked solid for the day, but the receptionist carefully listened to my symptoms, put me on hold to speak to the doctor and then told me to come in immediately. The infection was pretty bad, so both doctors on staff examined me, diagnosed and prescribed the meds and treatment. It was a really awful viral infection. Despite the shop being so busy, they took valuable time out of their schedule and treated me like I was the only patient in the practice. And the place was busy. Awesome service from my first call, check in and check out. Bonus - the staff was so nice that my wife got a pair of prescription glasses while she waited. If I lived in the area, I would make Dr. J and her staff my first and only choice for all my eye care. I don't usually (ever) make recommendations, but they really went above and beyond for someone they never treated before. That kind of service, even for someone they may never see again, speaks volumes about their care and practice. Thanks, the eye is better and I am very grateful!

I wanted to find an eye doctor to close to my house and was so pleased with my experience. Dr I and her partner were both professional, polite and genuinely worried about the health of their patients eyes. The visit was quick but thorough. I ordered my glasses and contacts and was back in a week for contact check up. The facility was clean and bright. They have a good selection of frames and contacts. Make sure to order your contacts through them. They have great contact prices, include solution and free lenses to help hold you over. They even have the lenses shipped to your house to save you a trip from coming in. I'm excited to finally have an eye doctor that cares about more than just getting patients in and out.

I wear contact lenses and Dr. Dzenana Idrizovic did an excellent job of making sure that I had the most up-to-date and precise prescription for my eyes. I was able to try out the mono vision contact lenses, so now I can see both distance and reading as well. I no longer need reading glasses! Ade was also very helpful with offering suggestions on eye glass styles, and making sure that the eye glasses were a right fit for me ( the eyeglasses are for when I'm not wearing my contact lens). I visited this place to get a specific type of contacts I needed because I had an event for the weekend. My eye doctor had ordered many samples but I had not received them yet and i was panicking so I decided to stop at all eye care doctors with a copy of my prescription that I had just picked up that week at my eye doctors office. I went to the front desk and a very polite lady greeted me and asked me what I needed and I told her I was looking for a specific type of contacts. She asked me if I had my prescription and I said yes and so she said someone would take care of me and if i could please take a seat. Very shortly another woman sat at the front desk and said " hey, you can come up". I did not think she was speaking to me since the tone was a bit rude. Once again she said " you can you come over here". The woman sitting next to me who was probably dressed better than me stood up , and the employee said, "oh no not you (called her by her name) we will be with you shortly". So I pointed at myself and asked, "me?" and she responded "yes." and rolled her eyes. I went up and she asked for my prescription and I showed it to her , and for some reason my doctor had put the date with the year being 2014 instead of 2015, and she told me my prescription was expired. I explained to her that I had seen my doctor a couple of days ago and she went ahead to say to me that it wasn't true so I asked her to call my doctor which she did. My doctor had a hard time remembering who I was. So the other lady sitting in the front desk asked her to just let me speak to my doctor and she said no. The lady kept going back and forth between my doctor and I telling me what she would say and vice versa. I asked her if she could ask my doctor a question and she said "you need to ask her on your own on your personal time". Basically this was the worst treatment I had ever had in a place. I'm a very patient and respectful, but never had I felt so embarrassed and belittled by someone. I saw everybody else being treated respectfully and of course all the customers seemed very elegant with expensive attire, meanwhile I was wearing a t shirt, jeans and all star shoes. I would never come back to this place and i f anybody does I hope they are treated with the respect that all us humans deserve.

I had an amazing experience at All Eye Care. I was in Boston for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a broken pair of glasses and no eye exam done in the past two years... Being away from home, I was in trouble. I did some Google searches on local optometrists and I settled on All Eye Care. I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me for the same day appointment! Walking into the office, the staff was just so incredibly nice, and helpful... They even remembered me by name.
